“They come for a better life.�

According to Newsweek, March 28, 2005, over 10,000 MS-13 gang members
illegally crossed our borders looking for a better life, too. Now
operating in 33 states, ‘The Most Dangerous Gang in America’ illustrates
how illegal aliens cross our borders looking for a better life while they
make ours a living nightmare.

While playing soccer, a 12 year old kid is shot dead by MS-13 members in
Reno, Nevada. In Somerville, Massachusetts, two gang members rape two
teen girls in Foss Park. Both are deaf--one is in a wheelchair. In
Fairfax, Virginia in May of 2004, MS-13 gang members give chase to a 16
year old and hacked him up with machetes. The victim suffered loss of
four fingers. A man named Ebert Rivera is arrested February 10, 2005 in
Falfurrias, Texas. His crime? Rivera led six gunmen who opened fire on
a bus in Honduras--killing 28 people. In Long Island, New York, police
find gang members shot in the head and stabbed to death.

Machetes on Main Street America are the theme of Mara Salvatrucha MS-13
gangs now operating in dozens of US cities. We’re not talking
Disneyland. ‘Mara’ means ‘posse’ and Salvatruchas means ‘street tough
Salvadorans’. The number ‘13’ is a gang number associated with Southern
California. “They kill cops, distribute drugs like candy machines, extort
businesses and concoct drive-by killings as standard operating procedure.
“We’re not dealing with Boy Scouts or bums,� Tony Saca said. “We’re
dealing with true assassins and rapists.�

Oscar Bonilla, director of the National Council for Public Security, “The
gang is highly organized and disciplined…with vertical commands.�

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn’t President Bush supposed to protect
Americans from enemies both foreign and domestic? Didn’t he swear to
uphold the Constitution, specifically, Article IV, Section 4? Would
10,000 armed and deadly alien nationals constitute a domestic enemy from
a foreign land?

“They come here for a better life,� Bush repeats. “They do the work
Americans won’t do.�

That work includes murdering and spreading drugs from California to
Maine. It means raping unsuspecting and unprotected women from coast to
coast. It means 10,000 gang members put any of us at risk. It means the
aforementioned reports may have our names on a future newspaper article
when the gang jumps from 10,000 to 20,000 members.

With Bush’s wide open borders, when does the gang recruitment stop?

“Flush with new recruits from Central America, MS-13 members set up
cliques in remote places like Boise, Idaho and Omaha, Nebraska,� Newsweek
reporter Arian Campo-Flores wrote.

“Everything gets bastardized as it leaves the center,� said Wes McBride,
president of California Gang Investigators Association. “While machete
attacks might occur on the East Coast, they’re rare on the West Coast.
While car thefts and drugs might be big in North Carolina, gang-on-gang
violence predominates in Virginia.�

Because Bush aids, abets and encourages illegal alien migration--the
Russian Mafia operates in NYC, 18th Street Gang with 20,000 illegal alien
members in Los Angeles, Chinese Mafia in New York, Hispanic Bloods and
Crips in Los Angeles, and now, we suffer a crime invasion from El
Salvador.

How many imported criminals from around the world? Newsweek reported
700,000 gang members operate in America. The MS-13 gangs are considered
the fastest growing and most violent. It’s called Third World Momentum.

Those gangs bring drugs, lawlessness and fear to our cities. They bring
other consequences, too. Who are the victims of drugs? Our children!
Who pays for the 29 percent of illegal alien criminals in our Federal and
State prisons at an annual cost of $1.6 billion? What are the costs of
rehab for drugs to American families? Who answers to the rape victims?

This begs questions. Is George W. Bush competent to fulfill his job as
president of the United States? Does he understand the depth of the
violence against the American people in this national crisis? Would he
walk down the streets of Los Angeles as a private citizen? Does he
understand his complicity in this gang invasion? How can he pretend to
protect America when he knows 10,000 illegal aliens cross nightly? Who
is responsible for National Park Ranger Kris Eggle’s death? Who is
responsible for Officer David Marsh’s death? Who is responsible for the
eight rapes of eight innocent women in Boulder, Colorado a year ago? Or,
the New York jogger woman who was raped by illegals and killed a year
ago? With over 500,000 illegal aliens in our prisons and illegals flying
over our borders at three million annually, is Bush competent?

Exactly. And not only that, they recruit others to run those drugs back and forth across the border and kill the "mules" if something goes wrong. They shoot people at stop lights and innocent victims get caught up in the crossfire. Children, elderly people, just any old body. These gangs have no conscience and they don't care who they kill.

Even if they get locked up, they run their illegal drug operations from inside the prison and people still get killed, maimed, raped and injured. Law enforcement agencies are afraid of them and so they tell the cops in big cities that to ask a person their immigration status is "racial profiling." In border towns where th population is mainly Hispanic (78% in my town!) the police, who are also mostly Hispanic, are accused of racial profiling for stopping mostly Hispanics. Seems to me someone should be grateful that there are any cops at all given what they are up against these days. In the border town where I live, we just call the city to erase the gang signs the paint on people's property and pretend it didn't happen--as if that erases the fact that there are gangs wandering the streets just waiting for an excuse to kill someone else. It is ludicrous!

I am shocked to learn the numbers of the gang activity. This is so disturbing. My original opposition was economic from what I have seen in my county where I live. We have extremely high unemployment among Americans, yet illegal aliens everywhere with jobs, new pick up trucks, on construction sites...where Americans used to be.

I learned from family about the gang mutilation in Northern Virginia indicating there was a social issue here as well, but I had no idea how serious it had become.

Our Government has failed to enforce our laws and by so doing has violated the trust we placed in our representatives. It is the most outrageous abandonment of law by an Executive Branch in the History of the United States. Failing to control the borders, failing to prosecute illegal employers, failing to arrest and deport illegal aliens, failing to prosecute illegal loan fraud by illegal aliens and all those who aided and abetted the illegal action, failing, failing, failing.

To allow this migration for any purpose or any "grand cause" such as someone's pipe dream of converging Canada, USA and Mexico without the express permission and will of the American People has become an act of treason against us. To defy our requests, to ignore our pleas, to accommodate the desire of Power Brokers in lieu of the needs and desire of the American People is a betrayal of trust beyond any of WaterGate or the Clinton Perjury.

This is a direct violation of the Oath of every member of the United States Government that has participated in our beautiful nation being invaded by people we do not know; for whom there is no proven work need; and who have displaced over 50,000,000 Americans over the past 20 years with I believe more than half of this number within the past five (5) years.

These violations have occurred as the result of a conspiracy amongst those who desire it for personal profit at the expense of and risk to the well-being and best interest of the American People.

It is my opinion that those responsible should be held accountable to the letter of the law including compensatory damages for those who have incurred losses both in economic loss, property value, property damage, human loss or physical injury that can be itemized and confirmed in a court of law under the Rule of Law.

I encourage ALL class action attorneys to mobilize and seek out the victims of illegal immigration, being defined as those who have sufferred economic, physical and property losses due to illegal immigration and file suits against those responsible for the direct acts and the presence of the illegal alien in the United States, without which the damage and loss would not have occurred.

When the Executive Branch intentionally, willfully, and in a conspiratorial and dishonest manner misleads the American People into believing that the people are allowed in to take jobs that Americans won't do; that these are kind and hard-working people looking for a better life; that we don't know who they are, where they are or what they are doing and therefore can't find them to deport them; that we need illegal immigration because it's healthy for the economy; then the Executive Branch of our Government has lied to the American People in a manner that meets the condition in my view of massive multiple frauds against the People for the purpose of committing treason against the People. These quotes are from the President of the United States, George W. Bush; the Vice President of the United States, Dick Cheney; and the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board, Alan Greespan. These statements were made with each of their knowing they were false statements when they were made. The purpose of the false statements were to mislead the people of the United States into inaction; compliance; sleep at the wheel on this matter and with every day that the people did not rise up to stop the illegal immigration, more illegal aliens entered the country.

Illegal immigration has resulted in massive unemployment in many areas of the United States; displaced working people because as they may have lost their jobs with one employer and needed new ones to continue to survive, they awoke only to find that virtually all the new jobs were being taken by illegal aliens. Americans qualified for FHA and HUD housing loans, reserved solely for American Citizens lost their loans because illegal aliens were given the loan. Americans are being required to pay bond issues and come up with new tax payments to underwrite new schools to provide facilities for the children of illegal aliens who are not even supposed to be here. Now they are going after the college and universities seats. Americans have been raped, murdered, mutilated, and terorrized by illegal aliens and our Leaders tell us they are just looking for a better life; performing jobs American's won't do; and this is healthy for our economy.

Local and state budgets, the cost of which will be borne by Americans, have increased to pay for the cost of illegal immigration, exploding populations that were not planned or needed to sustain our economy. Americans are without medical facilities in many areas because of recent closures due to the swarm of non-paying illegal aliens flooding the medical center.

Lives have been ruined by these actions and inactions of the Executive Branch of our Government and Turned Heads in the Congress and state General Assemblies.

There is no grand scheme of the world affecting the United States that can be achieved without the express permission of the American People.

There is no knowledge or competency held by Power Brokers, former Governors, existing Governors, sitting President, Vice-President, Chairmans, Cabinet Members or Legislators that is superior to that held by the American People to determine the destiny of the United States.

It is time to rise up and let your wishes be known in such a manner that you can be assured that they will be carried out and executed.

This is the United States. We are the Americans.

History is repeating itself and America is in danger.

An MS-13 gangster sat in the booth next to mine at dinner in Raleigh just off of Glenwood Ave. two nights ago. He had the tattoo on the back of his neck and I could see it when his collar moved down a bit. It was also in the script the gangs use. You cant wear the MS-13 tattoos unless you ARE MS-13. The gangs strictly enforce that. He was also making the M gang hand signs at the Mexican employees.

I loved that restaurant, but I will never return.

William, we need to activate class action attorneys against the instigators of illegal immigration. People have been damaged and they are entitled to relief from those responsible.

You may know that I am in the home county of Jim Hunt. This is his birth right. He has cattle farms here. Our county has lost over 3000 manufacturing jobs since 2002 with perhaps 200 new ones with a net loss of 2800. After 2 years of economic recovery on the national level and in the state of North Carolina, these unemployment rates should have dropped dramatically with replacement of workers losing jobs in manufacturing with the new jobs the economic recovery was generating, yet this did not happen.

In April of 2004, in North Carolina, 42 counties had unemployment of 5.9% or greater.

In May of 2004, in North Carolina, 48 counties had unemployment of 5.9% or greater.

In June of 2004, in North Carolina, 54 counties had unemployment of 5.9% or greater.

I stopped the study and resumed it last week based upon February 05 data.

In February of 2005, 64 counties had unemployment of 5.9% or greater.

Yet our state has been over-run with illegal aliens.

Last year our County Medicaid costs rose 12%.

The City is discussing a $20,000,000 bond issue to update the parks and recreation facilities.

The County is discussing a bond issue to build another school.

The Food Bank of North Carolina serving 34 counties in the state now serves our County.

Last winter our local newspaper ran front page free space for the Salvation Army several weeks in a row trying to raise enough money to help the poor purchase heating oil.

Our county had 8.9% unemployment in Feb 05. It is expected to be 9.5% in March. In May, Standard Commercial Tobacco Processing will close one of its two facilities laying off another 200 full time and 550 part-time workers.

Any person who claims that this state needs illegal immigration to meet the needs of employers because we need the labor is making a false statement they know to be false.

Our county does not need illegal aliens. Our county has more than an ample work force to meet the needs of businesses of all types for many years to come.

The people of this county will as they have for over 150 years been willing and able to perform any task of work needed by any business or organization, except for perhaps highly technical highly specialized engineering positions that would be filled with personnel from outside the area.

There is no job in this county than an illegal alien can perform in place of an American Worker without directly and flagrantly violating the civil rights of the American Worker.

For a former Governor of North Carolina from the county I have just described to represent to legislators, media, religious leaders, or the general public that North Carolina needs illegal immigration to provide workers for employers and that illegal aliens deserve in-state tuition because this state needs them is a misrepresentation of the Truth and therefore a known False Statement to mislead the legislators, media, religious leaders and the people of North Carolina to their detriment, risk, and harm.

Former Governor Hunt has betrayed the people of North Carolina in favor of profiteers and international schemers. The promotion of any benefit for any person who is in this state in violation of Federal Law is to promote anarchy and total abandonment of the Rule of Law in the United States.

You cant wear the MS-13 tattoos unless you ARE MS-13.

Let me add a note here. I live in a place where there are many gang members of this ilk--M-13 and others. Here, kids are afraid to go to school without being the member of some gang. The drop out rate is about 50% because of gangs. Kids get stabbed in the streets by gang members!

But, back on track of the tattoo: some kids get the tattoo in order to appear as if they are members in order to be left alone by other bullies. If they are caught with the tattoo and not members of the gang, the real gang members will actually CUT the tattoo off them. People are murdered and/or mutilated over that evil tattoo! I think of it as the mark of the beast.

Judy, you are absolutely right that it is the fault of the Executive Branch of the government. I can't understand why the ACLU doesn't jump at the chance to take the victims of gang activity under their wing and do something in defense of Americans for a change. I wonder if any other group--one that does help Americans--would be willing to take up the cause.

You know George Bush jr, according to many published reports, used to do cocaine. Does that not strike anybody as a little odd? I mean how does a guy who has been surrounded by Secret Service, the CIA and personal sceurity his whole life get cocaine? How does cocaine get through that security wall around him? hmmmmmmmmmmmm...

Just look at the jail and prison statistics. A large percentage are illegals, and we ain't talking jaywalking.

Unfortunately, I don't believe we should let the illegals into our prisons even. That means we are supporting them. That means they have a whole lot more than they did have in terms of food, clothing and shelter and even our prisons are a reward to many, which is why they don't mind going there.

If someone commits a crime not punishable by the death penalty in this country (and I believe that the death penalty should extend to violent rapes, child molestation and drug dealing as well as murder) then they should be sent back to wherever they came from. And if the crime is pushisable by death, they should be sent to a TX prison and put in the "express lane."

But what do we have? We have legislators who are asking for re-trials for umpteen Mexican illegals who ARE on death row!

As for the President and cocaine, I wasn't aware of that and, if it is true, I, too, am inclined to wonder how he got it. But I am guessing it was before his father was President and therefore he really wasn't surrounded his whole life by secret service. How did his underage daughters get booze?

Still, I'm not nearly as concerned about what he did years ago as I am about the harm he is doing to this country today by sitting around with a blindfold with regard to illegal immigration, wide open borders and the far reaching effects that result.
