    U.S. District Judge Leon Jordan surprised no one Tuesday when he sentenced two previously deported Guatemalan nationals to the five months and 13 days they’ve already served in federal custody, according to court documents.

    Marvin Marroquin Lopez and Domingo Gregorio Domingo were two of 10 former Southeastern Provision employees arrested during an IRS-led raid at the Grainger County cattle meatpacking plant. Jordan also imposed time-served sentences on seven other previously deported Latinos.

    Lopez and Domingo will remain in federal custody until they’re deported.

    Round up and DEPORT their entire family!

    They need to sell out, pack up and go home!
