What Constitutes Mexician Citizenship

CHECK OUT ARTICLE 30 OF THE POLITICAL CONSTITUTION OF MEXICO.
Chapter II
Of Mexicans
Article 30 – Mexican nationality is acquired by birth or by naturalization.
a) Mexicans by birth are:
I. Those born in the territory of the Republic, no matter what the nationality of their parents is;
II. Those born in foreign territory, sons or daughters of Mexican parents born in national territory, a Mexican father born in national territory, or a Mexican mother born in national territory;
III. Those born in foreign territory, sons or daughters of Mexican parents by naturalization, of a Mexican father by naturalization, or of a Mexican mother by naturalization;
IV. Those born on board Mexican ships or aircraft, whether military or civil.
b) Mexicans by naturalization are:
I. Foreigners who obtain a naturalization document from the Secretariat of Relations.
II. The foreign woman or man who marries a Mexican man or woman, who has or establishes residence within national territory, and complies with the various requirements that the laws in effect specify.
If there is any doubt as to whose jurisdiction legal and illegal aliens are subject to….then this should erase any doubts as it applies to legal/illegal alien children born of Mexican parents – aka – Mexican Nationals, legal or illegal in the USA.
Article 30 clearly an unambiguously states that they are Mexican citizens at the time of their birth – no matter where in the world that birth occurs. They are not and cannot be citizens of the United States, as they are….by the Mexican constitution….citizens of Mexico at the instance of their birth with all the rights and privileges of a Mexican Citizen. and, since we do not offer or allow the practice of “dual citizenshipâ€

Yes exactly, any kids born abroad to a Mexican citizen are also Mexicans. All they have to do is go to the Mexican registry and file for their kid's birth certificate. However, they keep screaming about how they can't take their anchors to Mexico because they are not Mexican citizens. As if we are too stupid to read the Mexican constitution.
