WOW--looks like Miss Donna needs to be moved to the Big T List. Traitor, Traitor, Traitor. She has developed a "business" apparently aiding and abetting the violations of our fine American Literature known as:

    U S Immigration Law

    U S Labor Law

    U S Civil Rights Law

Donna, you need to Read. Read, Read, Read. Or Pack Your Bags.

Actually, a lot of people aren't satisfied with the law, and several representatives have made proposals to change immigration laws.

If all the illegals left, I would do the mexican hat dance, then I would welcome them to the process of legally becoming an American.

Well, only a couple of Changes should be made. (1) heavier Fines imposed on the Crooked Companies that are Hiring Illegals.
    (2) Like you said in your other post that the I-9's don't need to be turn into the Government. Which you are right. They just need to retained for Inspection. Which that should be changed that the original document should be sent in, with copies of the Documents the Immigrant gives them and a copy retained at the office of the company.
    (3) At no time should any document from any foreign Nation, be excepted. Without a United States official document to say that there authentic. Just like my wife has. Yes she is an Immigrant. A legal one. So is my Neighbor.
This way the companies have no excuss saying they don't know that the person they hire is Illegal.

But the main thing is, that there is Laws on the Books now, that Illegals, Knowing disregard.

Man--the only people wanting to "change the law" are those in in cohoots with business wanting to flood our labor market; increase immigration by legalizing the illegal; make it easier to enter the US; exempt illegal employers from prosecutions they now face under current law; and Dupe the American People into thinking they are doing something about illegal immigration and continue the USA's Wild Ride on the water slide to the mud and mess of a merger with the Third World.

So, "actually", the law is the law as it now stands. This is the only law of the American People. Until the American People want to increase immigration legally, then the only ones pursuing this are "representatives and senators" working in direct opposition to the Will of the American People and are:

Traitors trying to end our nation and subject the American People into working poverty.

Those trying to "intellectualize" this debate will fail. There is no "intelligence" to it. It's Third World; it's Globalism; it's Marxist Socialism; it's Anti-American and Anti-America; it's rotten low down Treason to dissolve our nation and our people into non-existence.

Anyone who "actually" thought this would Fly with the American People didn't read enough when they were children.

Most of those proposals are garbage and will change nothing.

Actually, Tancredo's bill is to put troops on the borders. This is an attempt to force the Executive Branch to ENFORCE the law, not "change it". Tancredo's bill wouldn't be necessary if we had a true Presidency in the Executive Branch instead of the Wackidency we've been suffering through for the past 5 years.

If you were familiar with Tancredo's proposal, then you would know that it includes proposed changes to the law.
