[b]According to FindLaw.com, the legal definition of a natural-born citizen that was in effect from Dec. 24, 1952 to Nov. 13, 1986, states “If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least 10 years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.â€

In the absence of a VALID Hawaiian birth certificate, the question here is whether Obama was actually born on US soil.

Why can't or won't he produce one? What is he hiding? McCain went through something similar and it was cleared up. Does Obama think he doesn't have to show any proof? How arrogant!

I agree migulelina! But thus far, no one has demanded that he show one! Certainly not he MSM who's in the tank for this guy! And Obama is so arrogant that he is not going to produce one unless he is compelled to do so. You cannot even play little league baseball without producing a valid BC, yet Obama thinks he is going to waltz into the White House without producing one.

Obama seems to do as Obama pleases!
