I can't believe someone in his position is so naive as to not understand the concept of POLITICAL WILL.

Sounds like he's just trying to ride a bandwagon.

I'm not sure I understand your comment, jonhaloi. Perhaps you misread the article and the author's intent?

Well this is what we have been saying all along, enforce the laws already there. NO MORE AMNESTYS!!!!

The people in those 10 states that give in-state tuition evidently do not know the laws, I have been saying for a long time out of state students can sue or demand in-state tuition if they are giving it to illegals....I have heard of a few who have gotten their over charged tuition refunded, but this is what happens when you don't know the laws.
