The President has been called racist. He pledged during his campaign that he would put an end to DACA and start deporting more illegal immigrants than ever before.

He proposed a form of touchback amnesty and tried to sell the idea to conservatives.

None of these narratives seem to be playing out in reality as Congress and the White House prepare to replace President Obama’s flimsy DACA executive order with a replacement as early as January.Here’s the report from Politico:

Top senators and White House officials are laying the groundwork for a major immigration deal in January to resolve the fate of young undocumented immigrants whose legal protections were put in limbo by President Donald Trump.

At a Tuesday afternoon meeting with nearly a dozen senators deeply involved in immigration policy, White House chief of staff John Kelly pledged that the administration will soon present a list of border security and other policy changes it wants as part of a broader deal on so-called Dreamers, according to people who attended the meeting.

The plan could come in a matter of days, senators said.

This move probably won’t have to be sold to conservatives anymore.

It seems most are willing to accept that DACA is going to be law, that the President supports it, and that none of the “Dreamers” are going to be deported.

It won’t sit well with some, but most have given lukewarm blessing to the idea.“

As long as we get our wall and deport the criminal illegal aliens, I’m okay with keeping Dreamers,” said Russell Benson, a Texas truck driver who went to President Trump’s rally in Pensacola, Florida.

“The Dreamers aren’t the problem, most of them at least. It’s the criminals we need to deport like the guy who killed Kate Steinle.”

While Trump was panned by the media and liberals for rescinding President Obama’s executive order, they ignored the fact that he’s actually attempting to strengthen it.

An executive order has no teeth.

It’s a “deferred action” plan, which means their legal status never changed.

By rescinding the order and giving Congress six months to put a permanent amnesty plan in place, he was doing “Dreamers” a huge favor.

Will they thank him for it? Probably not. He’s just a bigot to them, after all.

No, they will not thank the President. They will not thank any member of Congress. They will pat themselves on the back believing in their delusion that their protests and voices won this for them. There is no good at all that will ever come for the American Citizen from a DACA fix or any other form of amnesty for any illegal alien.

I am sure that a huge number of Dreamers, if allowed to stay in the US, will become hardcore activists. We've seen that with other political movements where some people become addicted to the experience. Being an SJW is the new religious cult in the US.

Of course not, they will then demand amnesty for there extended families.

We've been down this road before and it never changes.

It will be the same demands all over again 5 years from now.

There is no reason whatsoever to justify allowing the Nightmare called Dreamers to stay in this country.

I don’t care if Trump has them put a dump truck load of gold on the door step of everybody who voted for him. I am finished with Mr. Donald (The Mouth) Trump going soft on this issue. Will they put an absolute restriction of 800,000 on how many qualify for their amnesty? You know they will not do it because the real number will end up being 3 or 4 times greater than that, and they know it. The average Hispanic has 4 kids so with papa that makes a good 5 million probably 15 million new voters. Hispanics have been voting about 70% Democrat. It will only take 18 years until they start voting. That means about 12 million more Democrat/Socialist RINO voters in the near future. There goes Florida, Texas and Arizona every presidential election forever, and Congressional majorities also. Virginia is probably permanently blue now because of Hispanics. No matter what kind of deal they make now about limiting citizenship, in the future, the Democrats/RINOS will see to it that every last one of them becomes a voter. And no matter what happens with them their kids will automatically be citizens and voters. If this DACA goes through even if they stop chain migration and build the wall – America is finished the end will only be slowed down a little.

Patriots double down. Live on the phone. Raise hell with everybody you know to get them on the phones. Yet again we must fight a pitched battle. And send more money to ALIPAC it is the one uncompromising, tenacious fighter on this issue.

Agree Captainron. They are linked with social justice organizations that use the raised fist. They agitate, they demonstrate, they confront to get their demands met. They see America as unfair and they will not cease their creep of demands. Amnesty for all is the goal.
