    "illegal aliens" are in violation of the law of nations and NO STATE, including Wisconsin, has the Constitutional right to grant "amnesty" to 'foreign nationals' that have invaded this country. By it's actions, harboring aliens, the State of Wisconsin has become the enemy of the state in violation of the Constitution



    "No state shall, without the consent of Congress, . . . enter into any agreement or compact . . . with a foreign power, or engage in war, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay"

    Wisconsin can protect itself from "INVASION" but it CANNOT enter into an agreement with 'foreign nationals' that are in this country illegally
