Chicago, February 19 .- Two Mexican politicians will compete next Tuesday by the mayors of the cities of Waukegan and Cicero, Illinois, which have large Hispanic population and are currently governed by whites.

Okay, all that tells me is that 52% of Waukegan's population is illegal. Not eligible to vote pretty much equals "participation almost is null". That's the way it works.

With 49 of 55 precincts reporting, the racist buffoon is running third out of three. His prediction of 7,000 registered Latinos pushing him over the victory line is falling a bit short, since only about 5,000 voters have turned out.

It's official - Guzman is third out of three. His son lost as well.
