Woman Sexually Assaulted By Possible Lawman Who Pulled Her Over On 405 Freeway

​A woman reported to authorities that she was pulled over on the 405 freeway near Lennox and sexually assaulted by a man claiming to be a law enforcement officer, La Opinion newspaper reported over the weekend. Sheriff's officials say one of their patrol units was involved, but it's not clear if they're investigating one of their own in connection with the claim.

"Apparently a sheriff's patrol [unit] was involved," a sheriff's Lennox station lieutenant told the paper. "We will investigate based on the information she provided us."

The victim, a young woman who only wanted to be identified as Fabiola, said the man stated he pulled her over for speeding but then proceeded to grab her breasts, touch her crotch and kiss her.

She said she was not able to get any identifying information. Both the California Highway Patrol and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department are investigating the early Wednesday morning incident.

"We take this matter very seriously," the sheriff's lieutenant said.

The woman, who says she's from the Mexican state of Michoacan, said she was scared because she is an undocumented immigrant.

"That's such an abuse of authority," she said, "knowing that I was afraid."

Is there any corroborating evidence for this woman's claim?

Either way, Obama is going to let her stay in the US until the trial is over. If she wins the case, she can claim to be a victim and get a visa.

Illegal aliens are dishonest people so they have credibility issues to begin with. They lie all the time trying to get citizenship.

Bet she doesn't know about the dash-cam.

Is he really a cop is my question. We have several impersonaters who pull people over and rob them and/or rape women. In the BOLOs they are looking for Latino males. It almost happened to me in Broward County but I knew that there was no way the person was legitimate. I didn't even have to call 911 as a Broward County Sheriff was behind him and got him. The reason why he got him was because I saw the deputy and tried to make it look like I was going to stop for the impersonator.
If someone in an unmarked vehicle is attempting to stop you and you are alone in a dark area and unsure call the police. They will be able to tell you if it is legit or not. Most officers, deputies or troopers will not try to stop a car in an unlit area as it is dangerous for them. Also look at the lights as unmarked cars have them in not only inside the front and back of the car but in the grill as well. If you know you haven't committed a traffic violation and someone in a unmarked car is trying to pull you over definitely call to make sure.
