Synopsis: Bulgaria has become the latest central European nation to reject an open-borders, United Nations, Soros-supported pact that stipulates how nations will be forced to accept migrants and thereafter treat them. A draft version of the UN’s Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration – or GCM pact – was given tentative approval by all 193 UN members except the U.S. last July.
