    Today he wants to give Louisiana alone another $4.2 billion, instead of spreading it out amoung the Gulf states as Congress intended.

    So I guess we'll be spending at least another $4.2 billion to make up for it.

    there is a block on the right side of the petition where you can make comments, a couple of us from ALIPAC have done just that when we signed.
