    Actually, those are pretty well maintained fences, compaired to the crap I saw.

    5 strand wire, with 2 "tie" wires running verticle (at 1/3 distance between posts). However, almost ALL gullies, had DEEP paths cut from 1000's to 100's or 1000's of people walking (running) through them). Then fencing there was LITERALLY on the ground. Not cut (it was sometimes), but simply streched to the point a 3yr old could walk over it by simply high stepping. THAT IS NOT an exaggeration, it is exactly how it was. Also, another ploy (saw this several times), is to pull a post UP, thus providing a 2 to 3 foot gap between the ground and the first wire.

    The fences ARE in shambles, and they were NEVER designed to keep people out.

    Sounds exellent to me. The only problem is that it would cost a TON on money
