    Looks like someone told them not to run.

    Hmmmm, Why not go after the property owner, which is allowing them to loiter. They are loitering. Call the cops on them.

    What's the number to that Muffler Shop? I want to call them up and ask them about the illegals hanging around out there. I think a reporter needs to pay that shop a visit.
