That argument is tired.

In PA, a state-issued non-driver photo ID costs about $11.

And why can't Catholic Charities or some other non-profit make funds available for elderly or others who don't have the proper ID to get it?

Oh yeah, they're too busy helping illegal aliens break the law. :roll:

As a non citizen who is always quick to say that I am not a citizen when I am asked if I wish to register every time I go into my nearest BMV I think the answer is simple.

To ensure that there is no voter fraud make it necessary to show birth certificates to register to vote. A vote is a privilege and if you cannot show the necessary documentation then maybe you do not value it enough.
