The Magna Carta: "No free man shall be deprived of his liberty without judgement by his peers and due process of law"

It will be 800 years old in three and a half years. Maybe it's time we brushed it off and read it.

The expert being interviewed is Peter Linebaugh in one of my favorite historians.
