In my opinion America should encourage and want foreign students to return home and to build and lead their nations. We should want freedom, American ideas and success learned here to be exported around the world. Success in school does not necessarily translate to a love for America. We see this too often. And when foreign citizen students remain here they too often receive preference over American citizens.
The president said we want the “best and brightest” to come here. Encourage more of these so called “best and brightest” to reform their nations and spread the best and brightest ideas around to keep foreign citizens at home. Great ideas can be shared from far away through many sources.

These highly skilled people should GO HOME and contribute to the prosperity of their countries and lift their people out of poverty.
Why would their countries want us to keep all these "best and brightest" and not create job back home. This makes no sense.
These countries cannot rise up and get out of 3rd world status if all the good ones leave! And we do not want their overbreeding poor. Send them back.
So they come here and take our $96,000 dollar jobs away from an American citizen? That stinks! We have our own students graduating and need those jobs!
