    Terrible for Germany and for the German people. In America, we must get control of our own immigration situation and reduce the illegal alien population by millions. In my opinion we should cut refugee resettlement more towards zero till borders are fully secured, laws enforced, chain migration ended, etc.

    The problem with that is that Merkel's party IS the right wing party in Germany. If the left wing party wins the next elections, they're really screwed.
