    Watchdog,

You guys should take it a little easier on the police. I know it gets frustrating, but you should exercise maximum restraint even when the police upset you.

You can tell in these videos you let them get under your skin some.

Yep, I can understand your frustration when those who are hired to protect and serve us citizens don’t seem to be doing their jobs, but like most of us, they have bosses too. Not to mention, most of them are underpaid and over stressed. I personally would complain to the city council about the city manager.

I know from just talking to my grandpa (he used to be Des Moines' asst. chief of police) that police have it hard due to the politics of being a cop. We've got a guy here right now thats being investigated just because he pulled over a bunch of hispanics over the course of a month or something. They were breaking the law, but now people are screaming racial profiling. I don't know much about those guys in the videos since I don't live in the area, but sometimes you have to cut them a little slack. However, like I said, I don't live in the area and could definetly be wrong. Either way, keep up the good work at that labor center. I think its awesome you guys are doing what you're doing.
