This cartoon I drew for my article about rights of international students and illegal aliens. It seems that they have more rights and much easiest way to become a students.

mermaid222 - Welcome to ALIPAC. Great cartoon. It's ridiculous what legal migrants have to go through to get here, while illegal aliens just sneak across the border. Illegal aliens actually don't even have to swim the Rio Grande! As you suggest, the tuition difference is quite unfair. Illegal aliens should not be allowed to go to school at all, much less get in-state rates.

However, approx one-fourth to one-third of our illegal aliens are people who over-stayed legal VISAs, many of these student VISAs. This is a big problem. Many who come as college students have no intention of ever leaving.

thank you for comment. My opinion is: if you are student and you graduate and found a job, so stay in America. If no go back to you country or continue study and be here legally.

After I published my article, illegals become offended and start blame in discrimination. They say that they are innocent because their parents have brought them here.

My article was an answer for another publication, it was a story about one undocumented (illegal) who got his student status and benefit from Texas and now paying his in-state tuition.

Wow, you offer an interesting point of view considering that you are also an immigrant but did everything right and legally. I can see how you would be just as angry as the Americans in this country.

They have a lot of nerve back talking a person who is also an immigrant, but a LEGAL immigrant who has worked hard and waited for that status.
