Cute........and that is the point. Why bother? Why have something be a crime today and not tomorrow. Why have someone in jail for years and then just probation in another state for the same crime? (speaking of recent punishments of child molestation) There is no rhyme or reason to any of it. It's an imperfect institution but you'd think they'd be more on the same page than they are.
Sanctuary cities and ordering law enforcement to NOT enforce the law should be a crime. Isn't that basicly aiding and abeting a criminal? Having LaRaza give information to illegals on ways around or ways to avoid the enforcement of the laws should be a crime. It's developing an underground of ways to avoid having to abide by the law.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

It is a farce and a mockery of our justice system. If our government, our congress and our senate refuse to enforce our laws, why should we believe anything they tell us? Why should we entrust them with the power to enact more laws and legislation? Why can't we bring action, lawsuit, whatever we have to do to make our government enforce the laws we have, the laws they have previously voted for and put into effect on immigration? They are blatently thumbing their noses at their own laws and the laws of our land. We don't put up with that from criminals why should we put up with that from those who ignore their own laws? The justice system came out the other day and said our congress and senate were not above the law concerning the raid on congressman Jefferson's office, so why should they be above the law in ignoring this so much more important, blantant disregard of the lack of enforcement of our immigration laws? Why can't we not file some kind of lawsuit, charges whatever we need to do to make these elected officials in Washington and our immigration officers culpabale for not enforcing our laws, charging them with obstruction of justice in their disregard of our immigration laws? Why, are they getting away with this? Why can't we charge our government with the abandonment of the Legal Citizens of this country?
Why can't we sue the government of Mexico for the alienation of affections for coming between our elected officials in congress, the senate, and the President and it legal citizens?
Surely we have some lawyers on this site or people who have knowledge of our laws, that could tell us just exactaly what rights the legal citizens of this country have in charging our government with willful neglect of our laws. I am sure the lawsuit probably would not go very far, but you can be sure it would get some media attention!Build the dam fence post haste!
