    Re: Bridgeport illegal aliens

    Dear Ms. Clarke:

It has come to our attention that Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia and Reed Smith LLP have teamed and are said to have apparently formulated an attitude of attack on Bridgeport, Pennsylvania in an effort to challenge the new illegal immigrant ordinances. Reed Smith is an international law firm with 1,000 attorneys. Bridgeport Borough residence number 4,700.

We, along with our contiguous, autonomous patriot groups and lobby activists very strongly oppose such action. We support Bridgeport and endorse their ordinances. Furthermore, actions of tangible help have been initiated to assist Bridgeport. We are asking you to drop this suit immediately and endorse the Federal Immigration Laws.
The underlying propellants that are fueling the illegal immigrants are Marxists, Communists, Hispanic Jihadist’s and the international drug cartels among others. They are attacking and sabotaging the American infrastructure and economy. These pervasive involvements of attorneys who are stimulated by the Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Awards Act of 1976 (42 U.S.C.A. § 198 exacerbate the problem and have the beneficial advantage of infuriating the vast majority of the American people.

In the likely event that you do surge ahead please be aware that you are wasting the taxpayers money. Any adverse judgment monetary awards for attorney’s fees are the responsibility of the Federal Government and not the Borough of Bridgeport. You will only forestall the inevitable. Bridgeport can “end run” you by the simple expedient of sending their law enforcement to the Federal G-287 training so they can enforce Federal Immigration law. When that is implemented the Bridgeport police can confiscate vehicles, interrogate illegal aliens, detain them and establish their immigration status. Thus the illegal immigrants will be exposed to multiple thousands of dollars in fines, years of incarceration and deportation.

As a courtesy I am providing for your research the following laws:

    #1

    United State Code
    TITLE 19 - CUSTOMS DUTIES
    CHAPTER 4 - TARIFF ACT OF 1930
    SUBTITLE III - ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS
Part II - Report, Entry, and Unlading of Vessels and Vehicles
Sec. 1459. Reporting requirements for individuals
    As of: 01/26/1998

    #2.

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)

    #3.

Selective Service Registration: Defense Authorization Act established Title 5, U.S. Code, Section 3328

The Federal District Court judge will disallow peripheral plaintiffs *( Hispanic activists ) who do not have standing and have not suffered injury. Due to the propensity of the illegal aliens and their accomplices to prevaricate, counterfeit documents and steal identity the ground rules should be:

    • Absolutely no “John Doe” witnesses. All witnesses must undergo a background check.

    • The Federal Bureau of Investigation *( FBI ) and Immigration Control and Enforcement *( ICE ) has already received a “heads up” and will be requested to have observers in the court room. Any illegal aliens present will be apprehended immediately. These include casual observers.

The best interest of the American people will be served by just walking away from this case and letting the good and decent people of Bridgeport save their Town from desecration and ruin.

    Yours Very Truly:

Take your time and choose well MK, there are many small towns in Oklahoma that the meat packing corps. have taken over. If you can get next to a small town that is mostly a tourism attraction,is your best bet, because they will not want to mess up the scenery with pig / cattle corporate farms and the air quality with that horrid stench.
