Thread: Need a Job? Foreign workers Wanted, Apply Here

While I was aware of the practice I did not realize in full the subversive nature of it and how widespread it may be. This in effect is economic treason, in my opinion, for whatever that is worth. I know someone who works at a company that has H1B Visa workers. I do not know if they went to these lengths to get them. I am making sure that my Representatives know about this video. Everyone else should do the same. ALL H1B Visas should be reviewed, and an effort made to find American workers for these jobs. If this was done perhaps hundreds of thousands of jobs would be created. Nobody can convince me that there exist no Americans qualified to fill these positions. While perhaps being " Legal", there exists a certain obvious and apparent effort to circumvent the law , using the law itself. Maybe this is common knowledge? I think an effort to bring this to the forefront in light of our economic condition might be a step towards changing this law and putting Americans back to work. I realize this is " old news" , but sometimes people have a tendency to forget what they knew. Many new Representatives have entered government service and may not have full Knowledge. My friend works in a field that does not really require that much education. Perhaps a Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical engineering or basic chemistry at most. This is a start up within the last two years and a large % of the people there are on these Visas. So while The stimulus bill have provisions for restricting issuance to companies receiving stimulus money, nothing has been done to restrict or reduce the overall number of these visas issued. In fact the number can be increased above the quota for compelling interests. There are instances this type of Visa may be of use, but in the majority of cases it is simply used as a cost cutting measure by companies. As shown in other videos linked on YouTube some of the restrictions only affected Visas issued over and above quota levels. I know someone who recently obtained 6 month permits for Mexicans to preform General labor, not H1B's , but under guest worker program. Which particular one I am not sure of.

If you watch the Lou Dobbs video, 2 senators have already sent this to the Department of Labor, but then again, we all know it was probably a waste of paper.
Just this morning I heard a lot of college graduates are having to accept employment in foreign countries. This country is sure turned upside down and I hope and pray that these idiots get voted out of office, and we can get people in that actually care about WE THE PEOPLE and our country.

"Need a job?" don't apply to a company that only hires illegals, turn these companies in to your local IRS and receive a cash reward, I'm just trying to help put Americans back to work cause ratting these tax cheats out to the IRS is full time employment for thousands of Americans!
