    I had read about tiger smuggling recently but had no idea of the numbers. The borders need to be secured. All kinds of smuggling - humans, drugs, animals. What a disaster. Any U.S. And Mexico trade negotiations needs to include the total shutdown of all of these activities or else terrible financial reprecussions as well as other penalties should occur.
