Texas mother and her daughter were killed when their car was t-boned by a smuggler’s vehicle loaded with illegal invaders traveling at high speed trying to evade law enforcement.
The smuggler is an 18 year-old who had six illegals in the vehicle at the time of the incident. He faces charges of felony evading and human smuggling.
