There were several times I saw him nod his head forward as if he was listening to someone and now this video is going viral.

I believe he was wearing a wire. He kept looking down, to concentrate on what the person on the wire was telling him. He got flustered, Trump threw him off guard.

There is also a photo of something clipped inside the cuff of his sleeve.
