What do they say not everyone has the most recent system.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

A student asks Calderone why he says that people here illegally are human, have rights and should be treated with respect and yet people who enter Mexico illegally are held indefinately and are treated badly. Calderone spends the next 5 minutes explaining why it is good for America and Americans for the illegals to be here. He says we need to merge the economies of Canada, the U.S. and Mexico for the benefit of everyone. He finally does answer the students question and says that he recognizes that all humans have rights. He says he has met with the president of Guatemala and they have decided on a new policy to open their borders and make them 'borders of opportunity". Interesting timing wouldn't you say?? It was apparent that he wasn't there to answer questions, but rather to push his agenda of why America needs illegals.

There is a transcript on this site somewhere.

Primarily a student asks how he can expect the United State to treat illegal Mexicans with dignity when his own government is brutal towards illegal immigrants that come into Mexico.

Of course, Calderon changes the subject completely by making ridiculous and veiled threats such as it would be "a big mistake" if we closed the border with Mexico.

He also laughingly suggests that the American economy is "suffering" and that that this suffering would be solved by more Mexican "migrants" into the US. Of course, that "suffering" NEVER inlcudes the thousands of Americans killed, raped and maimed by his pathetic "migrants" or that real economic pain is caused to American citizens whose employers have illegally fired them to make way for his unwanted cast-offs.

What a truly evil, disgusting piece-of-crap lowlife this man is.

I can only say that we are seeing the face of Mexico's version of Louis Farrakhan.

Did I hear that right? Does he ADMIT that the difference between taxes paid by migrants and the cost of 'services received' is a net benefit FROM the American taxpayer of $8000!!!

Anyone who is familiar with Mexican culture knows that illegals will say and do anything to get what they want and if everything else fails, they resort to the race card and the "poor me, we're just here to feed our families" bull crap.
Americans need to turn a deaf ear to these stupid appeals because they are just using emotional blackmail.

Notice one thing: The media does not ask the opinion of LEGAL immigrants on the issue. The media does not make an effort to let people know that these people are invaders and not immigrants. They offend real immigrants when they keep calling the problem an "immigration problem"

Mexico always sends representatives here when they feel that the laws are getting tougher on illegal immigration. They don't want to stop the flow of U.S. Dollars into Mexico and they don't want their poor sent back to Mexico so they become a burden on THEIR System. This idiot didn't even answer the question.
