Poll: How will Illegal issue affect elections?

How will illegal-immigration issue affect midterm congressional elections?
Republicans will lose bigtime for not securing border, while seeking pathway to citizenship
Democrats will lose for their insistence on open borders, pathways to citizenship
Republicans in House will save the day by refusing to compromise with Senate, and doing what has to be done
Republicans will lose the House and Senate, but due to war and other issues, not immigration
It's highly unlikely, but GOP would secure major victories if they got serious and stopped toying with America's security
It will be a one-issue election, and whoever people think will secure the borders will get the vote
Even if the House buckles on border security, voters have short memories and will vote back their own congressman
3rd-party candidates who make securing the border top priority will shock the tone-deaf Republicans and Democrats
Most Americans are so fed-up, they'll stay home, so it's anyone's guess how the election will turn out

    Who To Vote For?

Aside from the representatives from my area who voted against the Senate bill, I really don't know who to vote for. I think the Democratic Party betrayed America, and I don't see how I can ever vote Democratic again. I won't be voting a straight Republican ticket either, for obvious reasons. Where is my alternative?
