    DC is a joke.Every year the local news does a special at back to school time on the extreme disrepair of the schools in DC and you would be appalled to see the conditions these kids are being taught in.

    Nice to see DC putting the taxpayers money to use for something other than its citizens and their children's education yet AGAIN.

    This is much worse than a regular city using taxpayer money to build an illegal alien hiring hall.

    The reason being that DC is under the direct control of the federal government, Congress. The mayor of DC has no real power.

    This is the federal government blatantly violating our laws.
