I do not support birthright citizenship at all. Unfortunately, they take advantage of and exploit the program that originally had different intentions. As always, a good thing gets ripped to shreds by the Illigals

Illegal acts can NOT produce legal results

Two wrongs don't make a right and two illegals committing felony fraud while crossing our border illegally can NOT result in a legal citizen! You are not supposed to profit from illegal acts, just as O.J. Simpson where the profits from his book went, to his victims families not to him, illegals are committing a crime by being here and they must commit multiple felonies in order to stay, such as identity theft, false id, fraudulent acceptance of U.S. Taxpayer funded programs. They also put the public at risk by being unscreened for diseases. It is time the government quick selectively enforcing the law ONLY against U.S. Citizens and letting lawbreakers from around the world off the hook by not enforcing our laws,
Do to the fact the Federal Government is refusing to follow the Constitution Article four which requires the Fed to "protect the states from invasion and domestic violence" since they are NOT doing their job of protecting the border resulting in domestic violence by the invaders it is time to sue the U.S. for NONFEASANCE of office, the refusal to enforce our immigration and employment laws. It is costing U.S. Citizens billions so we are suffering monetary loss as well as the loss of our culture and way of life, that is too big a price to pay for accepting millions of criminals into our society.
Nonfeasance of office, the refusal to do that which should be done. Officials do not enforce the law, grounds for dismissal and prosecution for refusing to do what they were hired to do!

It's why foreign nationals still vote in their own elections. It's why they can run to an Embassy and be on Home Soil. It's why they can find refuge in a Consulate Office. It's why they can't be drafted into war. It's why they can't vote in our electios. It's why if they are here without documents and here illegally, they are subject to deportation not our jurisdiction. Even when they are here with documents, we can't make them stay. They are free to leave at any time.

Being subject to our laws while on our soil does not make them subject to our jurisdiction. Laws and jurisdiction are different. Only American Citizens are subjects of our jurisdiction. Anyone else can leave at any time. We can't. Our citizens who fled to Canada to avoid the draft, were deserters. A Mexican or Guatelamalan who flees home, is just one less alien to deport. If it's a crime like murder, then special agreements between nations arrange for the extradiction of the party back to the scene of the crime. This is international law and politics and has nothing to do with our jurisdiction.

Many countries refuse to extradite criminals back to the US because of our Death Penalty which they find "barbaric".

Giving anchor babies citizenship is the dumbest thing ever.

Stop the nonsense now. Pass the law. Then amend the 14th Amendment, then round them all up and send them home.

To be born an American Citizen, you have to be the offspring of American Citizens--plural.

Jurisdiction??? If you are present on a countries' soil you are subject not only to their laws but the Jurisdiction of their Courts.

Only americans are subject to Jurisdiction???????
