Poll: Admit Illegals to College Bad Bill?

Here is a survey in NC you folks might want to see. The bill to Admit Illegal Aliens into NC Community Colleges has advanced to round three as the possible worst bill of 2009.

    --

    Concerned Citizens and Immigration Reformers,

The NC Civitas Institute in Raleigh is doing a poll on the worst bills introduced in the NC General Assembly last year. With our effort to stop illegal immigrants from attending our North Carolina Commuinity Colleges, please go to the following weblink and vote for the worst bill this year, the bill that would have allowed illegal immigrants to attend our NC Community Colleges. We would like for this bill to win as the worst legislation/bill introduced this year http://www.nccivitas.org/bad-bill-year- ... nt-bracket

Please pass this on to your friends and associates.

    Regards,

    Ron Woodard

I was a dog breeder (well, selective working line German Shepherds) for many years.

My take: Yes. Dog breeders should be licensed and don't get me started on the restrictions I would place on them, including mandatory spay and neuter. They wouldn't have wanted to see my prospective puppy buyer questionaire/sales agreement. Adopt that and puppymills will be out of business and the tax money spent on animal shelters would be greatly reduced. Of course, AKC would also suffer. No wonder they don't enforce their "ethics".

Illegal aliens in our colleges at our expense? Don't get me started again.

I feel for the kids because they're the ones to suffer as a result of their parents' lies and illegal activities resulting in them all being here (trespassing) illegally.

It doesn't change the fact that they are here illegally and they are taking away seats (especially in community colleges) that could go to American citizens who are also unable to afford Universities and still trying to better their own education.

The line needs to be drawn somewhere.

Deport the family. Allow the student to apply for LEGAL immigration status as a student to continue their education, then citizenship if they qualify.

In this, and only this case I think the crime of being here illegally (trespassing) should not be held against them, the student. They had no say in what their parents did and their circumstance.

Yet another reason why "automatic citizenship at birth" (Anchor-babies) should be eliminated immediately.
