    Voting to put it on the ballot takes away the power of the Governor. Why should this law be any different than others?

    If they want a vote on this

    WHY don't the people vote if we go to war (it is our children)?

    WHY don't we vote on what the Fed's SPEND?

    WHY don't we vote when a new Federal Post is created?

    WHY didn't we vote to use the BAILOUT for banks and businesses?

    Well Put...I might add we can however take a vote all across our Country to try all these politicians for treason .....crimes not upholding the Constitution and the Oath of Office.....
