Shouldn't being an illegal immigrant be a felony crime? Why are we so hard on Americans? What are all the felony crimes, again? Can an American commit a felony on accident? THINK?

If a felon has completed his/her repayment of his/her debt to society he/she should have ALL rights restored. Otherwise, it is non ending punishment. And that is inhumane and unjust punishment. And we as a society become the criminals by instituting such a punishment.
