Should Children of Illegals Born Here be Citizens Vote

    http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/opinio ... .htmlstory

Should children of illegal immigrants automatically have citizenship?

No. If the parents are here illegally, then how can the children be considered citizens of the U.S.? With the immigration problem the way it is, it's lunacy to allow that.

Yes. The right to citizenship is guaranteed by the Constitution. Funny how the right-wing fanatics want to forget about the Constitution when it suits them.

No. The Founding Fathers never envisioned the world we live in now, with the immigration problems. The Constitution should be amended to reflect the changing world.

Yes. The children should not be made to suffer because the parents, for one reason or another, did not attain legal status. Don’t punish the kids. They are citizens.
