New Campaign Tactic? Senator Denies Obamacare Exists

New Campaign Tactic? Senator Denies Obamacare Exists

    By Caroline Schaeffer

In an interview with Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday, Senator Angus King (ME), an Independent Senator who caucuses with the Democrats, was asked about the claim that many doctors and hospitals are being excluded from Obamacare. To which King gives an answer we never expected: “There’s no such thing as Obamacare.”

We’ve heard many vulnerable Democratic incumbents shy away from their previous support of Obamacare, and we’ve heard Nancy Pelosiinsist that it’s called “The Affordable Care Act,” but never have we heard an elected official claim that the program doesn’t exist.

Senator, this is called denial, and you may want to speak with someone about it.

During a TV interview Sunday, US Senator Angus King said, “There’s no such thing as ObamaCare.” Really? Hospitals are closing, people are losing their insurance, patients can no longer visit their doctor and the website still doesn’t work… but ObamaCare doesn’t exist. Senator King, you’re an idiot!
