Thread: 5 MILLION AMERICANS OUT OF WORK !

Hello Everyone...

First off I would like to thank everyone who
gave me a big welcome. We now have as of today
5 million Americans out of work, when will it all end ?
And as for the stimulus plan and the mortgage plan
personally I don't think it will work and as I read on
one of the news sites tonight the American public is
running scared ! , they don't know if they'll loose
their jobs tomorrow and as for the lousy $13.00 a
week more in my pay , that's a slap in my face as
a American tax payer, while banks and the car
industyr get billions$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ while we
get a bone.....

Oh yes where do you get some of the cool

The unemployment is out of sight and will only get worse if we don't reverse the policies immediately that caused this catastrophe.

That number takes my breath away... I have members in my family who have been laid off. I have the radio on and they just announced another company that is going to be sending out lay-off notices today.

And yet...

But we can almost feel the anger swell. My local radio is discussing the mortgage bailout. People are angry that they played it straight. And those that didn't, bought above their means, etc... are being bailed out.

Michele Malkin's blog has had excellent coverage of the porkulus protests.
