Once upon a time, I believed the American dream pertained to everyone. Sadly, I have been progressively deterred from that opinion. What woke me up? Bernie! My worldview will never be the same. Regretfully, when having my eyes opened widely, I began detecting more and more corruption. Many of you caught on to this miasma of politico-social events long before I have. Congratulations to all.
The USA is reaching a watershed. Almost everything most of us thought was real and noble about this country is ethereal propaganda, changing with the breeze, depending upon one's needs--especially the needs of those in power. Hypocrisy has been long known to be a political stock-in-trade, however the problem is much, much deeper and more sinister.
Donald Trump is the lesser of two evils, still evil, but less so than She Who Would Be Queen. Trump has been under attack by the Deep State, at least as early as 2015. This is not the focus of this essay but please bear with me.
In their futile attempt to excuse Hillary's miserable electoral failure, she and Podesta, as well as others cooked up this Trump-Russia nonsense. In fact they cooked this up even before the election, in case she lost. Again, as this is not the focus of this essay, I won't provide details (but check Wikileaks). Now, with an excitement of the Democratic party which has reached the height of hysteria, there are calls for a Trump-Russia investigation. These yelps grew greatly amplified upon the dismissal of James "the Weasel" Comey, one of the featured players in this essay, as FBI director. Trump, you're obstructing justice! What obstruction? Trump can fire anybody in the executive branch, just like he can share intelligence with foreign nations, such as Israel (and no one protests) or, say, Russia (owww! Traitor!) Furthermore, what evidence is there about his collusion so far demonstrated after ten months of bitching by Hillaryites? None. Zero. Zilch. Nichts.
So now, Robert Mueller, former FBI director has been appointed "special counsel" to the DOJ to oversee the investigation although, he personally won't be doing any of the investigation. He will be able to oversee allocation of resources and suggest areas of investigation, however. Mueller will report to deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein, who has the authority to fire him if so desired.
The task assigned to Mueller is
Pursuant to his appointment, Mueller has been directed to investigate “any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump.” But that’s not all. He is empowered to investigate “any related matters”. Those last three words are important because they allow the special counsel unfettered discretion to expand his probe in almost limitless directions.
The firing of James Comey served as the fuse to explode this Trump-Russia scenario. Seems a bit strange that the former FBI director has in investigation being overseen by his immediate predecessor at the FBI. Coincidence? Decidedly not! James Comey and Robert Mueller have had a close relationship for more than a decade.
"I hung up, called Director Mueller, with whom I'd been discussing this particular matter and had been a great help to me over that week -- and told him what was happening," Comey testified in 2007. "He said, 'I'll meet you at the hospital right now.'"
"He's one of the finest people I've ever met," Comey said of Mueller later in the same hearing.
So Comey likes Mueller. Is that bad? We'll see.

The men were memorably cast – mostly via Comey’s 2007 testimony – as honorable men standing against government overreach when they talked former President George W. Bush out of pushing ahead the renewal of a controversial surveillance program.

Mueller was a confidante of Comey during the initial incident, backing him up and reportedly offering to resign alongside him should the need arise.
This relationship obviously consists of mutual support. A two-way street, with each obviously supporting and defending the other. Anybody sniff a problem with conflict of interest yet? Well...maybe. Let's move on.

James Comey fired as head of the FBI is darkly comical. Now, there will be a timid technocrat in charge who’ll likely dare do nothing until a new trapeze artist can be installed, a con-man who’ll be required to try and shield all of the criminals at the top, even as those criminals are at each other throats in what amounts to a Roman circus of captive beasts tearing each other apart. Trump didn’t seem to grasp that everybody has dirt on & blackmails everybody and Comey’s job was to try to balance the warring parties without losing control of the rotten apples cart.
The story in short: following on Robert Mueller rewarded with the FBI directorship after having sabotaged one of the biggest international arms and narcotics money laundering cases ever (BCCI) as a Department of Justice lawyer, Comey was selected from the arms and narcotics money laundering HSBC Bank board of directors to replace Mueller.
BCCI and HSBC had been consecutive terrorism money laundering operations, with links to western intelligence agencies, inclusive of MOSSAD and CIA in relation to arms trafficking, narcotics trafficking and funding insurgencies over the history of the past 3 decades. Are the people shielding these activities who you would want to see heading up the FBI? Not really. But that’s what we’ve had. And it’s what we’ve had for quite a long time.

So what about Mueller, for starters? A glorious career in Federal service? Not exactly. Robert Mueller pushed suppression of Muslim anti-terrorism efforts by Federal and local law enforcement agencies.
Judicial Watch exclusively obtained droves of records back in 2013 documenting how, under Mueller’s leadership, the FBI purged all anti-terrorism training material deemed “offensive” to Muslims after secret meetings between Islamic organizations and the FBI chief...
As FBI director, Mueller bent over backwards to please radical Islamist groups and caved into their demands. The agency eliminated the valuable anti-terrorism training material and curricula after Mueller met with various Islamist organizations, including those with documented ties too terrorism. Among them were two organizations— Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR)—named by the U.S. government as unindicted co-conspirators in the 2007 Holy Land Foundation terrorist financing case...
Here are some of the reasons provided by Mueller’s FBI for getting rid of “offensive” training documents: “Article is highly inflammatory and inaccurately argues the Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist organization.” It’s crucial to note that Mueller himself had previously described the Muslim Brotherhood as a group that supports terrorism in the U.S. and overseas when his agency provided this ludicrous explanation. Here’s more training material that offended the terrorist groups, according to the FBI files provided to Judicial Watch: An article claiming Al Qaeda is “clearly linked” to the 1993 World Trade Center Bombing; The Qur’an is not the teachings of the Prophet, but the revealed word of God; Sweeping generality of ‘Those who fit the terrorist profile best (for the present at least) are young male immigrants of Middle Eastern appearance;’ conflating Islamic Militancy with terrorism. The list goes on and on.
Profiling young male immigrants of middle eastern appearance is debatable. How such profiling is performed is very important issue for civil liberties. Israel seems to have the best practices, unlike the cumbersome and unreliable TSA. Save that debate for another essay, please.

How clean is Comey?
What do the Clintons, James Comey, and Loretta Lynch have in common? Besides their mutual involvement in the coverup of Hillary Clinton's email scandal, they also have a common background with HSBC Bank, as InvestmentWatch seems to have been the first to reveal and as others have previously expanded upon.
n 2012, the U.S. Senate's Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations released a statement and report summarizing a year-long investigation that found HSBC of exposing the U.S. financial system to money-laundering, drug, and terrorist financing risks during the period between the 9/11 terror attacks and 2010. HSBC's notorious clients during this period included Saudi Arabia's Al Rajhi Bank, Iran, Cuba, and Mexico's Sinaloa and Los Zetas cartels.
The HSBC case came back to haunt Loretta Lynch during her 2015 confirmation hearings to replace Eric Holder as Attorney General. Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee questioned why in December 2012, when Lynch was U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York following a 2010 appointment by Barack Obama, she allowed HSBC to plea bargain a $2 billion fine rather than face criminal charges.
A month after Lynch let HSBC off the hook, on January 30, 2013, HSBC announced that former U.S. Deputy Attorney General and then Bridgewater Associates general counsel James Brien Comey would begin in March as an independent non-executive Director of HSBC Holdings and a member of the board's Financial System Vulnerabilities Committee, a new board created to prevent future abuses of HSBC's banks.

Here is where the spider web comes in. Comey was on the Board of HSBC which was deemed money laundering banks. Bank of Credit and Commerce International, BCCI, also know as the Bank of Crooks and Criminals was convicted of the most massive bank fraud up to that time, and perhaps to the present.
In March 1991, the Bank of England asked Price Waterhouse to carry out an inquiry. On 24 June 1991, using the code name "Sandstorm" for BCCI, Price Waterhouse submitted the Sandstorm report showing that BCCI had engaged in "widespread fraud and manipulation" that made it difficult, if not impossible, to reconstruct BCCI's financial history.
The Sandstorm report, parts of which were leaked to The Sunday Times, included details of how the Abu Nidal terrorist group had manipulated details and through using fake identities had opened accounts at BCCI's Sloane Street branch in London.
Note: Abu Nidal was one of Barack NoShame Obama's "moderate rebels" he supported in Syria against Assad.

CIA covert operations were run through BCCI’s “black network.” Former CIA directors George Bush Sr., William Casey and Richard Helms, former Defense Secretary Clark Clifford and former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger were all key players and shielded the bank from investigations throughout its reign.
The CIA, DIA, and NSC used BCCI as their own private bank, sending billions of dollars in covert funding and weapons to organizations and countries with which we are now in conflict – most notably the Mujahideen in Afghanistan (which evolved into Al Qaeda and the Taliban), Pakistan’s ISI, Saddam Hussein in Iraq and the government of Iran.
George Bush Sr. would go on to pardon convicted Iran-Contra figures – former Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger and five former CIA employees; Elliott Abrams, Robert McFarlane, Duane Clarridge, Alan Fiers, and Clair George. Robert Gates then went on to serve as Director of the CIA under Bush Sr., and is currently serving as Secretary of Defense under President Obama, having been selected to that position by former President George Bush Jr..
Following the BCCI chain, we get to Mueller:
“When a few prosecutors finally began targeting BCCI’s operations in the late Eighties, President George Herbert Walker Bush boldly moved in with a federal probe directed by Justice Department investigator Robert Mueller. The U.S. Senate later found that the probe had been unaccountably ‘botched’–witnesses went missing, CIA records got ‘lost,’… Lower-ranking prosecutors told of heavy pressure from on high to ‘lay off.’ Most of the big BCCI players went unpunished or, like [Khalib bin] Mahfouz, got off with wrist-slap fines and sanctions. Bringing this back again to Comey, how about his integrity and impartiality?
James Comey is the penultimate D.C. “crime fixer.” His many years of D.C. cronyism is profoundly smeared with a litany of outright crimes that he should be prosecuted for and receive the most severe sentence as one who is supposed to be protecting U.S. laws instead of violating them contemptuously. But when you are the top-cop in America, you get a stack of “get out of jail free” cards—some for you and many for your criminal friends.
Hold on, you say. That is blatant editorializing. Indeed it is, but the are facts to cover this judgement.
ROBERT MUELLER FORMER LAWLESS FBI DIRECTOR – COMEY’S TEACHER
Investigations into the financial holdings of James B. Comey and former FBI Director Robert S. Mueller reveal astounding conflicts of interest. These relationships would have stopped anyone else from being offered the top law enforcement job in the country.
Referring to HSBC again:
Comey was a director of the London money launderer extraordinaire, HSBC. Even the Clinton Foundation website boasts about HSBC donations. This fact alone disqualifies Comey from involvement in any Hillary Clinton investigation.
James Comey's salary went from $206,000 IN 2002 up to $33.5 million in 2012.
Robert Mueller’s salary went from $1.8 million in 2001 to $7.0 million in 2011.
Mueller held Defenders Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund LLC and Mellon Optima L/S Strategy Fund LLC. These “funds of funds” invest in other hedge funds. Mueller’s exclusive funds were not open to the public. The minimum investment in several of the funds of funds is $10,000,000. But as HSBC whistleblower Hervé Falciani revealed in 2015, many are secret havens for money laundering, arms trafficking, and tax evasion.
Both Mueller hedge funds were managed by Mellon Bank of New York (BNY). No less than ten (10) BNY directors were shared between Mueller’s Defenders and Mellon Optima funds. Tellingly, the FBI never prosecuted any of these BNY Ponzi schemers associated with Mueller’s Defenders hedge fund or Comey’s actions with Bridgewater.

So should Mueller be trusted as special prosecutor?
The law governing the special counsel (28 CFR 600.7) specifically prohibits him from serving if he has a conflict of interest in the case. The rule has been interpreted to mean that even the appearance of a conflict is sufficient for disqualification.
A conflict of interest is a situation in which an individual has competing interests or loyalties. The conflict itself creates a clash between that individual’s self-interest or bias and his professional or public interest. It calls into question whether he can discharge his responsibilities in a fair, objective and impartial manner.
Besides the non-impartial relationship between Mueller and Comey, there are significant financial interests which both men share. Thus the the discharge of responsibilities so required by the law cannot possibly be met.
Comey will be a fact witness in the probe, especially now that he has proffered "contemporaneous memos" of his various meetings with Trump. He purports that at least one memo involved Trump's attempt to obstruct justice.
