ARMED BLACK PANTHERS MARCH IN TEXAS: ‘OFF THE PIGS’ (VIDEO)

WALLER COUNTY, Texas — A group of armed members of the New Black Panther Party marched on the Waller County Jail Wednesday afternoon chanting “The revolution is on… Off the pigs,” and “Oink Oink… Bang Bang!” The group of about fifteen Black Panthers exercised their First and Second Amendment rights. The group was met in Waller County by a large contingent of Harris County (Houston) Sheriff’s Office deputies.

In order to avoid a repeat of last weekend’s disturbance where protesters invaded the Sheriff’s Office foyer and engaged in disruptive behavior, Waller County Sheriff R. Glenn Smith called the Harris County Sheriff’s Office to request assistance under a regional assistance agreement. Harris County sent in about seventy-five deputies including about ten horse mounted crowd-control deputies and approximately thirty crowd-control deputies in riot gear.

The Black Panthers marched into the street in front of the jail chanting “Whose streets?… Our streets!” Many of the members of the group were armed with shotguns, hunting rifles and AR-15 style assault rifles. Most looked like they were simply holding the weapon they were carrying. One of the “soldiers” took a more aggressive grip on his weapon, holding his rifle with his finger “indexed” slightly above the trigger. This can be considered a “ready” position in a shooting situation.

During one of the chants the group shouted in a back and forth marching style cadence song:

The revolution is on, said the chant leader. Off the pigs, the group chanted back. The chant continues, Time to pick up the gun… Off the pigs. No more pigs in my community… Off the pigs. No more brothers in jail… Off the pigs. No more sisters in jail… Off the pigs. The pigs are gonna get scared… Off the pigs. The pigs are gonna get dead… Off the pigs.

In other chants the group shouted “All power to the people; Whose streets, Our streets; and Freedom or Death.”
In another video segment they chanted “Freedom or Death” and the yell leaders shouted “We want our damn freedom. We don’t want no more of your God D*mn legislation.”

In another chant, the leader attacked Planned Parenthood. During that short speech, he said, “We’re so stupid we are killing ourselves.” He talked about the millions of black babies who have been killed by Planned Parenthood abortions.

Breitbart Texas spoke with Harris County Sheriff’s Office Major Darryl Coleman after the conclusion of the protest, The Major appeared to be the ranking officer on scene for Harris County. Coleman told Breitbart Texas, “We came here to maintain the peace. Our job was to protect the law abiding protesters, the Waller County deputies and Waller County property. It looks like we did our jobs well.”

Despite a very tense situation, no violence broke out and no one was arrested during the afternoon protest.

Coleman said Waller County requested assistance. “We had available resources and deputies who are highly trained and well-equipped for these types of events,” the Major said. “We were happy to assist.” He said the county supplied between 50 and 75 deputies to perform a variety of duties. He said the count was not tight because it was a very fluid situation throughout the afternoon.

This writer observed a Harris County mobile command post along with the mounted deputies and riot/crowd-control deputies. Other deputies deployed metal barriers for crowd control at the jail and the Waller County Courthouse. The county’s aviation assets were also deployed.

Because of the heat, mounted deputies and other crowd-control deputies were swapped out on a regular basis to prevent an overheating situation for the deputies and horses. Temperatures were about 101 degrees with high humidity.

Earlier in the day on Wednesday, Sandra Bland activist Dewayne Charleston was allegedly arrested at the jail while attempting to lower the jail’s flags to half-staff in honor of the one-month anniversary of Bland’s suicide in the jail.
Charleston is a former judge in Waller County.

Pastor Hannah Adair Bonner tweeted that Charleston had contacted her after being arrested.

BLACK PANTHER CLAIMS ‘OFF THE PIGS’ DOESN’T MEAN ‘KILL COPS’

HOUSTON, Texas – A Texas Black Panther leader claims the shouts at a recent protest of “off the pigs” were not threats to kill cops, but rather were calls for the police to stay out of black neighborhoods. The comment came during an airing of Houston based Fox 26’sIsiah Factor Uncensored in response to a Breitbart Texas video that caught a group of heavily-armed Black Panthers shouting “Off the Pigs,” and “Oink Oink … Bang Bang!”

Fox26 News’ Isiah Carey hosted a discussion between Yahcanon, the president of the local New Black Panther’s Party and Breitbart Texas political news contributor Bob Price regarding the Sandra Bland protest last week at the Waller County, Texas, jail.

FOX 26 News | MyFoxHouston Carey started the show by saying it was about “a story that blew up my Facebook and Instagram pages.” He noted that Breitbart Texas was in the “front and center” at the protest and that Bob Price was with his camera, “all in their faces, getting video.”

Carey said, “What upset so many people in the community – we showed video and posted a picture of the New Black Panther Party walking around with their assault rifles and they were sending a definite message to the people of Waller County and the law enforcement out there.”

Sandra Bland is the woman who was arrested in Waller County after an altercation with a Texas trooper where he brandished a Taser and told her, “I’ll light you up.” Bland allegedly assaulted the trooper by kicking him several times in the leg. The case has receivednational attention after she was found dead in her cell after spending three days in the jail, as reported by Breitbart Texas. An autopsy ruled she committed suicide.

The “Minister of Information,” and president of the local New Black Panthers Party, Yahcanon (pronounced “yak-a-nan”), led the Black Panthers as they marched in the street in front of the jail chanting – “Whose streets?… Our streets!”

While on the show, Price said, “When you are telling, saying very strongly that you want to kill police officers. I don’t see how that helps anybody. I don’t see how that helps the next young black man, the next young black woman, that is stopped by the police officer who is going to be even more on edge now, because he does not know who is in that car. I don’t see how that helps at all.”

Yahcanon replied, “Well, that is totally not true, we never said anything like that.”

Price challenged the Black Panther president saying, “You said, ‘Off the Pigs. Off the Pigs.’ Repeatedly, ‘Off the Pigs.'”
Yahcanon said, “Well, that’s the difference between white America, and black America. You know, we all say things sometimes that doesn’t quite mean that, so you have to sit down and get an understanding exactly what we are talking about.”
He said, “When we say ‘Off the Pigs,’ we want the pigs out of our communities, harassing our people. We don’t want to kill anybody, we are peaceful people … We are not the ones here because we went and did anything wrong to somebody… It is because of what somebody else did to us in our communities.”

Price came back on his point again and said, “But before that you said, ‘Off, Off. Bang. Bang’. …How am I supposed to interpret that? More importantly, how is a police officer supposed to interpret that statement?”

When asked, Yahcanon replied, “Well, we don’t care about how police officers interpret anything. We want police officers to quit killing unarmed black people. That’s what we want them to do.” Price replied that he did not want police officers killing any unarmed people.

Carey asked Yahcanon about what he thought about white Americans labeling his organization as a hate group similar to the KKK.

The Black Panther leader replied, “The media is the fourth branch of government and they push the agenda of this country. To paint everything that is positive in the black community in a negative light. To keep everything off-set.”

Yahcanon told the journalist that his group is a political party and he said that people are not educated because they do not sit down and talk with us. He said, “You have the Democrat Party, the Republican Party, the Tea Party, and you have the New Black Panther Party,” and asked, “How is that a hate group?”

Carey asked the Black Panther leader how he thought the media was misleading the public when the media just reports what it sees.

Yahcanon replied that the media needs to uncover the history of the Black Panthers and “what the Department of Justice and its own government has done to these people.” He said the media needs to go back and cover what happened to Black Wall Street when they are being attacked. He said they just try to live peacefully, and every time they try to do so, KKK members, members of the government, or the National Guard are called in. He said, “We are a peaceful people.”

Carey asked Yahcanon about the weapons they were carrying in Waller County. He said we have all seen the Oathkeepers in Ferguson.

He also said he saw so many hatemongers on his Facebook page, and that he was surprised by all of the Hispanics using the “N-word.”

Yahcanon said that Hispanics are striving to emulate the European community because that is what you need to do in this country to succeed. They think they can make it by hating us, he said.

Price said he takes exception to the term and told the Black Panther leader that he would like to talk to him about the things they agree upon, about Planned Parenthood killing black babies, and about the crimes against the black community that have taken place because of the government.

Price said perceived violent threats make it hard to sit down and have a meaningful discussion.

Yahcanon retorted, “We are through having conversations with people that hate us. We have been through the civil rights movement, we have been through the Voting Rights Act, we asked for dashcams, then we asked for Tasers, then we asked for body cameras. All we are doing is continuing to show people actually what is going on. Conversations are not getting it. We been here at the table … It’s treating knowledge of the enemy. We are just not with that anymore.”

Militant Black Muslim Leader Calls for “War” Against Police and Whites

Once again, the leader of the New Black Panther Party, Malik Zulu Shabazz, is making waves forsome vile and explosive comments that he recently made on his “Black Power Radio” program.



The outspoken and violent man argued that police brutality in America had gone too far and that black communities must start defending themselves against the violence of white America – “by any means necessary.”

“We will defend ourselves as Malcolm said, ‘by any means necessary,’ and that the only option can not be non-violence... We have the right to defend ourselves with deadly force.”

“This is the new way of the future and this is what will be going on in the future. To hell with these conservatives, they want all these g**damn guns. They want all the guns and they don’t want us to have none. They are only jumping up and down because it ain’t no fun when the rabbit got the gun…

New environment going on in America. I notice that they shooting back all over America. So, police brutality is going to come to an end one way or another – or it’s just going to be a lot of dead bodies in the streets.”


There is so much wrong here that it’s hard to even know where to begin. Let me start with the least controversial of his points… 2nd Amendment rights. I have no idea where Shabazz gets his 2nd Amendment information, but we supporters of gun rights think that every American should have the ability to own firearms. We protest the gun laws in Chicago and Washington, D.C as vociferously as we protest gun laws in rural Illinois and the farm country in California. Every law abiding citizen should have the right to defend themselves and their property from those who would do them harm. Black, white, brown, yellow, red or polka dotted, the 2nd Amendment should be colorblind and no 2nd Amendment organization is arguing otherwise.

We fight for the rights of every American to protect themselves, not just white people in the suburbs.

But it’s the violence that Shabazz seems to crave that stands out in his comments… isn’t it? Shabazz seems to be practically begging white America and the police across the nation to “up the ante” so that he and those he speaks to can feel vindicated when they respond with violence. It’s disturbing, disgusting and I believe it is a clear indicator that Shabazz himself is a violent and evil sociopath.
