BREAKING: Banned Polish Independence Day march DOES CONTINUE

With the regional court within the 24 hours to decide over the appeal over the Independence Day march in Poland, the President’s spokesman Błażej Spychalski announces on Wednesday that “It has been agreed that a white-and-red march organised by the government will take place on November 11”.
It is unsure if the banned march will continue as planned or if the government one is going to be the only one allowed along the route “as the march is organised as the official state ceremony, no other marches can share their routes with it.”
The head of the nationalist All-Polish Youth Krzysztof Bosak, convinced the court will lift the ban on their scheduled march, tells radio RMF FM that no changes are planned to the Independence March.
Mr Bosak said that “the situation we face on Sunday can be that the President organises something just four days in advance but after the court’s ruling we have the full right to march according to the previously set route.”
Further stating that the President’s decision does not stand in the way of this plan, and that “the Independence March will not alter its route.”
The decision for the government to plan the official centenary of independence celebrations under the auspice of President Andrzej Duda, comes in the wake of Warsaw’s Mayor banning the march organised by the nationalist circles.

The mayor of Warsaw, Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz, announces the cancelling of Sunday’s Independence March.
She has decided to ban the march for two reasons, the first being the lack of police officers. There has been mass sick leave amongst policemen due to an ongoing protest, so fears security could not be maintained.
Also, the thinks that Poland and Warsaw “have suffered enough from aggressive nationalism. This is not how the centenary of independence should look like.”
The march was to mark 100 years since Poland regained independence. The overwhelmingly unpopular mayor said that the decision was made in regards to the resolution of the European Parliament in October which claims an increase of ‘neo-fascist’ incidents throughout the European Union.
Determining if she has the legal right to make such a decision, the courts now have 24 hours to reach a decision. Organiser of the march point out that this is covered by by legal provisions on “cyclical demonstrations”, whereby a city mayor cannot cancel such events.
The deputy chairman of the National Movement party, Krzysztof Bosak, one of the organisers of the March, told Onet, that “despite this decision, the march will happen.”
“The decision is illegal. It is merely a try to destabilise our activities,” Mr Bosak said. “Yesterday, Wrocław, today Warsaw.”
American-Polish journalist Jack Posobiec said this about it to us:
“If this globalist mayor thinks she can stop 200,000 Poles from marching to celebrate their 100th Independence Day, she has forgotten what her ancestors fought for.
“But that’s ok, I told them we’ll just cancel the march and instead hold a caravan of thousands. She should love that!” he sarcastically added.
