2nd Kavanaugh Accuser REFUSES to Speak Under Oath | Penalty of Perjury
PREDICTABLE: Second Kavanaugh Accuser REFUSES to Speak Under Oath to Senate, REFUSES to Provide Statement Under Penalty of Perjury
September 25, 2018, 11:33 pm by Jim Hoft 125 Comments
The New Yorker dropped a story on Sunday night of a second woman accusing Judge Brett Kavanaugh of lewd behavior some 30 years ago.
The 53-year-old accuser Deborah Ramirez told the New Yorker that she was initially hesitant to speak out because she was drunk at the time and her memory had gaps. She spent six days “carefully assessing her memories” and consulting with her attorney before going public.
This is amazing —two male students who were allegedly at the party, the wife of another male student, and three other Yale classmates all tell Ronan Farrow that there is no way Kavanaugh assaulted Ramirez.
The New Yorker ran with the story anyway without any credible evidence only wild 30-year-old ccusations from a drunk.
It was so bad The New York Times turned the story down.
Now this…
Deborah Ramirez and her attorneys announced on Tuesday she will not speak to the Senate Judiciary Committee under oath and she will not provide a sworn legal statement.
The Washington Examiner reported:Deborah Ramirez, a Yale University classmate of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, is refusing to talk to the Senate Judiciary Committee about her accusation against Kavanaugh, a GOP lawmaker said Tuesday.https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/201...ty-of-perjury/
Ramirez lawyer John Clune tweeted Tuesday that “We have been working hard to cooperate with the Senate Judiciary Committee…and they have refused to meet all scheduled appointments.” He said Ramirez wants an FBI investigation, not a congressional investigation, and is willing to “swear to the FBI under penalty of perjury.”
A top Judiciary Committee GOP aide told the Washington Examiner in response to the Clune claim, “The Ramirez legal team has declined to comply with the committee’s established process and investigation and seem to prefer working through the media.“

Prosecutor Hired by Grassley to Interview Christine Ford Worked With Joe Arpaio for Years
September 25, 2018, 9:47 pm by Jim Hoft 144 Comments
Female prosecutor Rachel Mitchell was identified on Tuesday night as the female prosecutor who will question Judge Brett Kavanaugh and accuser Christine Ford on Thursday before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Rachel Mitchell is a prosecutor from Maricopa County Arizona and is a registered Republican.
She worked with former Sheriff Joe Arpaio for years.
Palmer Report found confirmation that Rachel Mitchell worked with Arpaio for at least five years, thanks to an interview that Mitchell did with the currently offline website proclaimanddefend.org in 2012. The Internet Archive reveals that the website in question listed Mitchell having been the “Sex Crimes Bureau Chief of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office” at the time.In November 2011, Ms. Mitchell gave a lengthy telephone interview with FrontLine magazine.
She has been with Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for over 25 years.

Will Blasey Ford be a no show?
My guess is no, and that she never intended to show up.
September 26, 2018
By Carol Brown
Will Christine Blasey Ford show up on Thursday to testify? My guess is no, and that she never intended to show up.
The #Resistance has a bottomless pit of excuses to delay these proceedings. And so far, they’ve been quite successful.
Most recently, one of Ford’s attorneys (she has at least four) sent a letter to Senator Grassley expressing displeasure with a number of things and making additional demands.
(Feel free to vent away in the comments section on these points alone!)
Meanwhile, if Ford intended to testify on Thursday, she would have hit the road by now, traveling as she claims she needs to do by land rather than air. I presume she would be traveling in a modern style vehicle that can hit speeds of 65 mph or more, but one never knows. In any case, I don’t have the impression she’s en route. And I doubt she ever will be.
My guess is that this woman thought she could derail Kavanaugh’s confirmation while remaining anonymous. Now, perhaps, she finds herself in over her head, concerned about perjury.
Which brings me to my second question.
Why, after all this time and her presumed desire for justice to be served, has she not filed a police report for this 36-year-old crime? Since Maryland has no statute of limitations on sexual assault, she could go for it. Yet in all this time, counting back 36 years and even the past few weeks, as far as I’m aware, she’s yet to file a police report. Why is that?
It’s quite possible she knows that what she’s claiming is a fabrication and/or a story that contains many inaccuracies.
So while I’m not a betting kind of gal, I’ll put my money on Ford not showing up on Thursday, the #Resistance continuing to ramp up their self-righteous hysteria, and outlier members of the GOP such as Collins and Murkowski mucking up the vote.
That said, it’s also quite possible that by Thursday, Ford will quietly exit stage left as Michael Avenatti ushers in the next wave of slanderers. It seems the left learned from Clarence Thomas that they’d better have multiple woman in cue for this kind of destruction. And while it appears that Avenatti may have been had by 4Chan, it’s safe to assume the left will have more surprises to unleash on Thursday, whether via Avenatti and/or someone else.
This mess that has been created by the Left just keeps unfolding, with Feinstein requesting a postponement of Thursday’s hearing. (You have to hand it to her, she’s working feverishly to prove her lefty credentials since being soundly rejected by the Democratic Party in California.)
Grassley denied her request. At least for now. With our team, you can never be confident they’ll stick to their word on anything.
One way or another it seems we may possibly we may have an eventual up or down vote on the floor of the Senate. Maybe. And when that happens, don’t hold your breath we’ll be victorious. (Think Murkowski and Collins, for starters.)
Or who knows. Perhaps the next demand leveled by Ford will be that she nominate the next Supreme Court Justice.
