I can see why the daughter is pregnant, she looks a lot older than 17! And hopefully the child's sake acts it also.

Of course the left stream media would try to smear a 17 old American girl for being pregnant and planning to marry the father of the child. I don't see the issue here. When an illegal alien 17 year old plops out anchor babies constantly that is fine.

I think it is awesome that the Palin's daughter is having her child and getting married to the father. They look happy and normal to me.

I also agree that the children of the elected officials should be off limits to the left slime machine.

When my far left local paper put this story on the front page (the pregancy of Palin's daughter) this morning I nearly spit my coffee out at such blantant hypocrisy! I mean, come on, while the left may believe in a womans right to choose they ALSO cater to and, dare I say encourage unwed motherhood by championing the literal smogasbord of taxpayer funded benefits available to them. Single motherhood is a tough challange for any woman, especially those who never dreamed they would find themselves in that position, yet to the left, single motherhood is often viewed as a badge of honor.

I don’t know why people are making such a huge issue of Bristol Palin’s pregnancy.

Obama could be the subject of this topic; he is the product of an unwed teenage mother!

Should he be considered a less worthy human being because he had a teenage mother?

I am certain that this nation has more important issues to deal with.

I just cant understand why some in the MSM are treating this as some kind of terrible scandal that will ruin the republicans chances of getting elected. The 17yr old is HAVING the baby and plans to marry her high-school sweetheart. Young, yes. But she is doing the right thing. If she were having an abortion, maybe some would consider that a scandal.

I cant believe what the Obama said. How is a baby a "punishment"? What he said is a disgrace.
