WASHINGTON, Oct. 20 — Senator Barack Obama said the leader of the civil rights division of the Justice Department should step down after suggesting that minority voters were not widely disenfranchised by laws requiring photo identification because many members of minorities died before reaching old age.

Most voters show up at the polls without their voter's registration card. You know, that piece of paper that gets lost before the election. The Justice Department you are hacking on is in charge of overseeing that proceedures in the polling place are being followed. They know what goes down in a polling place on election day. They don't get to go to election parties like you do BO.

BO, when was the last time you observed the activities in a polling place? Hmmmm, I think that says it all.

He's trying to get the heat and attention off of him. Now he's the defender of the people showing up at the polls with grandma's voters registration card. Hey, she's at the cemetery and doesn't need it. That's who he is defending. Got to have those votes don't you BO.

If you can't take the time to get a photo ID, then why would you take the time to vote?

If they don't have a photo ID, what are they using to register to vote?

If you don't have a drivers lisense...then you have a citizens card issued by DMV...no biggie.....without drivers lisence/ID card you can't even cash a check or even use a credit card....or even rent a movie..... my parents were in their 90's and had ID cards...again...no biggie.....

Laraza is encouraging illegals to sign up to vote.....sorry...I think voting is an AMERICAN priviledge....and as such...requires a photo ID at least.....

You can't disenfranchise thousands of dead, illegal, or otherwise unqualified voters by requiring a photo ID. The left needs them and will fight to the end to make sure these people rights are not enfringed upon!
