Thread: Welcome to the circle,...Jerk!

As the partisan politics heats up over the various policies being proposed by the Wonder Boy Administration, it becomes ever more evident that there is a greater need for pivotmen and women. Welcome to the circle jerk.

It has been said that history tends to repeat itself. If one pays attention to politics and has a grasp of the politics of the not so distant past, this would upon limited examination tend to prove itself true. With a certain regularity the two party system does seem to take turns hitting the ball back and forth. This could be viewed as bi-partisan co-operation, (if one is willing to be critical of the two party system) even if it is portrayed in the media as unintended.

The blogosphere and the talking heads of radio are busy dressing the field for the handoff. On one side there is the conservitives(?), a code word for Republicans. The Republicans use to have a good franchise that was able to fly their name with pride, a name that was synonomous with the term conservitive, however times changed due to the 'compasionate' conservitives on the team. So now due to the misdeeds of those compasionate conservitives in the Republican team, many of the supporters of the Republicans started to identify themselves as conservitives,....dropping the reference to the Republican team. This is where the problem starts. All of those conservitives being talked about by the bloggers and the talkies on the radio are being herded back into the corral, afterall, where will a good conservitive run when the going gets tough?

The commies are out in full force, sortof takes one back to the days of Billy Boy. While the commies are busy running the plays out in their playbook the talkies are herding those disenfranchised 'conservitives' back home where they belong. Like cows in a valley, they can be herded back and forth in the valley but they cannot climb over the steep mountains which imprison the herd.

It has been said that the Republicans have been silent lately, and that, they have been for the most part. Why should they say anything while the commie banditos stampede the herd right back to the corral? The valley may seem long for those cattle with a limited memory, but it is indeed narrow and sooner or later the cows will come home.

The two party system is a circle jerk, the only thing needed is pivotmen and women to play along. Afterall, at the end of the day where will all of the conservitives run to when scared by the commies? Just remember, the Republicans knew that there was no other place for you to run too, they are compasionate and will welcome you back home.

There seems to be some voters out there with amnesia. They've already forgotten who they voted for.
