    Amazing!
A district court considers four factors
when deciding whether to grant an injunction pending appeal: (1) whether the movant has demonstrated that it is likely to succeed on the merits of its appeal, (2) whether the movant will be irreparably harmed absent an injunction, (3) whether the non-moving party will be substantially harmed by an injunction, and (4) whether an injunction is in the public interest.
How will the US Chamber of BS be irreparably harmed by not getting their injunction, unless their membership is not illegal aliens or employing illegals?
And the public interest is getting American citizens employed, not cheap foreign or illegal labor.
My temper is starting to run over!

The Chamber does not need to worry. The ruling oligarchy in America will intervene again to delay the implementation of the program and have Obama stall it by imperial order!

Bush did the same thing again and again.

The E-Verify component of the North American Union is NOT supposed to go into effect until AFTER their illegal work force has been legitimized by Congress.

After that, the ruling corporations and our own government will have more power and control over us all than ever before via Real ID and E-Verify.

The United States will live on in name only after that.

Outrageous! I wonder if groups like IRLI or judicial watch will file amicus curiae briefs. I'm sure that USCC buddies will. Maybe I will just write one myself. I don't think there is anyone saying I can't.

Sounds like a GREAT idea, I haven't found anything yet that says anyone cannot...

The outrage too is that small businesses join and give any money to this traitor group. They fight for illegal aliens and for the jobs that are lost to legitimate and patriotic American small business because they cannot afford to compete with illegal labor.

A real campaign should begin to inform small businesses that the Chamber is against them when they fight for foreign illegal workers and for the absence of verification of legality. The Chamber of Commerce's actions appear to sanction illegal immigration, stolen identities, foreign labor, and no enforcement of E Verify or other immigration law which threatens every small business person.

The word needs to get out about their latest jab against E Verify.

Hey, who says it's an emergency?...that is just USCC view of it. Also can anyone file an injunction for ANYTHING? What gives USCC the right to be heard on this matter in the first place? and who says that failing to check authorization workauthorization is status quo--that is just what USCC claims.
