The Benghazi attack that resulted in the deaths of 4 Americans was, with almost 100% certainty, a planned prisoner exchange to swap Ambassador Chris Stevens for “The Blind Sheik.” It was, in my opinion, a deal between Barack Obama and Mohamed Morsi that went bad. This story has been floating around since shortly after the attack. The difference between now and 10 months ago is that the original hypothesis has continued to gain evidence to support it. Yesterday’s conspiracy has turned in today’s reality. This will likely be a long write-up but for the sake of my country I plan to tell you what I know. In the end you will have to judge whether you deem it as proof or at least reason for suspicion to support this story line. Answers On Benghazi Americans are sick and tired of the media circus and the lack of results coming from Congress. We want the truth. The problem is that our congressional leaders don’t seem to be asking the right questions and they are certainly not talking to the right people. On Thursday, CNN’s Jake Tapper added to the growing evidence of internal cover up by exposing the fact that “dozens” of CIA agents were on the grounds and have been intimidated so they won’t talk. They are allegedly going through routine polygraph testing to ensure they are not talking to either the media or congress. I was ecstatic to see that come from a left-wing media source, by the way. The truth is that this is not about left v. right. It is about wrong v. right. Evidence may come out that “the right” was complicit in this cover up, as I believe they are. I believe that we have lots of corrupt legislators on both sides of the aisle that are covering this up like their life depended on it. Because it probably does. For Congress to spend all of this time beating a dead horse makes me think that they are knowingly complicit or, at least, inadvertently complicit in this cover up. They continue to ask “softball” questions of people who they know will be unwilling to talk. Chances are that nearly every past testimony is already a case for perjury but how will we ever know if we don’t get to the truth? So what happened? What is this talk of a prisoner exchange? Again, this is going to be a long article because I want to make sure that I leave nothing out. It all started with Mohamed Morsi and a promise… Answers On Benghazi On June 29th, 2012 The Wall Street Journal reported that Mohamed Morsi was making some rather extreme promises to his new constituents: Egypt’s President-elect Mohammed Morsi made a nod to his base in a speech on Friday when he pledged to seek the release of Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman from U.S. custody. Sheik Abdel-Rahman, who is better known as the “blind sheik” is serving a life sentence at a federal penitentiary in North Carolina for his role in planning the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center in New York City. This is more than likely where the theory began. What one must ask themselves is this…Did Morsi already have a plan in place to make sure that he could deliver on this promise? It is my belief that he did. Barack Obama was a big Morsi supporter from the beginning as were his cabinet members. Shortly before the current revolution started John Kerry waived normal conditions to make sure that Egypt got 1.3 billion in additional aid from us. When did the Egypt/USA prisoner exchange theory first gain some credibility? What would you rate the credibility level of a retired 4-star Admiral? Someone who has held that position certainly understands more than you or I do about the inner workings of Washington and the level of corruption to which it might sink. Retired Admiral James “Ace” Lyons appeared in an interview with Lou Dobbs back in early November to lend more credibility to the “prisoner exchange” theory. I apologize for the quality of this video but it was the only one I could find that didn’t cut out the excerpt I want you to hear. That’s interesting in and of itself. Thank goodness for a guy with a camcorder… The benefit to Morsi is obvious, but what about Obama? What benefit could Obama possibly receive from this exchange? The idea is that, in what was thought to be a hotly contested presidential race, an October release of Ambassador Stevens may have been enough to put Obama over the top. A tragedy happens and Obama rides in on his stallion to save the day… It turns out that he did not need any help. Great theory, but how can we prove anything when no one is talking? The thing is that people are talking, but no one seems to be listening. Witnesses and whistleblowers have been intimidated into silence in our own country but they are talking elsewhere. A lot of smart bloggers and journalists have caught on to this, and even though most of these stories don’t make it to the mainstream media, it does not mean they are not true. Now I want to summarize four stories that I feel lend credibility to this prisoner exchange scenario. All of them came from outside of our own borders. Regarding the security, or lack thereof, question… Answers On Benghazi To this day I would bet that less than 10% of American people realize that we were paying an Al Qaeda linked group to defend our diplomatic mission in Benghazi. Why would we do that? Well maybe we wanted to make sure that attack happened. The February 17th Martyr’s Brigade was hired by our government to defend the diplomatic mission in Benghazi. This organization proudly flew an Al Qaeda flag on their Facebook page. Yes I am serious. Two days before the attack they threatened withdrawal. A few hours after the attack they officially disbanded. How convenient? Does that smell anything like a set up to you? The only way we would have left that diplomatic mission in such bad hands is if we wanted it attacked or simply did not care. Further Research: TREASON…Government Hired Al Qaeda to Defend the Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi? In early June there was the first big break from foreign sources to support the “prisoner exchange” story… The original prisoner exchange story died down until it was rekindled in June by comments made by an Al Qaeda weapons expert. The Washington Free Beacon reported: “…according to the March 14 posting on an al Qaeda-linked website, Abdallah Dhu-al-Bajadin, the al Qaeda weapons expert, stated that Stevens was given a lethal injection and that the injection was overlooked during the medical autopsy. According to Dhu-al-Bajadin, “the plan was based on abduction and exchange of high-level prisoners.” This was our first piece of potential evidence from abroad that the prisoner exchange theory might have been true. The problem is obvious. Who wants to trust the word of an Al Qaeda operative? But in very short time we had another source come forward… Further research: Benghazi… New Source Claims Ambassador Stevens Died From Lethal Injection Also in June an Egyptian journalist linked Morsi to Benghazi… Cynthia Farahat is an Egyptian journalist who came upon a video which she translated to English. The video was of the terrorists who attacked the diplomatic mission and they were quoted by her as saying: “Don’t shoot, don’t shoot, Dr. Morsi sent us.” Farahat also went so far as to surmise that the dialect of Arabic being spoken was not indigenous to Libya. Her claim is that the men were speaking in an Egyptian dialect. At the time I was unaware because I had only started blogging in late 2012 but Pamela Geller had already pounced on this story long before Farahat. So it seems that at least two translations have implicated Morsi in this matter. Further research: Egyptian Journalist Links Morsi to Benghazi At this point my personal thoughts were starting to lean in the direction of the “prisoner exchange” theory but I was not convinced. I had one Al Qaeda operative and one translator of Arabic in my corner. I don’t know Arabic and didn’t know that there were other sources citing the same translation. I felt that there was still something missing. Then it happened. At the end of June we heard a third story to corroborate everything and the story was huge, yet very under reported by both the left and right. A leaked Libyan intelligence document implicated Morsi… Answers On Benghazi Raymond Ibrahim broke a story in the U.S. of a leaked Libyan intelligence document that implicated Mohamed Morsi as a financier of the Benghazi attack. Here is a quote from Ibrahim: On Wednesday, June 26, several Arabic websites, including Veto Gate, quoted the intelligence report, which apparently was first leaked to the Kuwaiti paper, Al Ra’i. Prepared by Mahmoud Ibrahim Sharif, Director of National Security for Libya, the report is addressed to the nation’s Minister of Interior. It discusses the preliminary findings of the investigation, specifically concerning an “Egyptian cell” which was involved in the consulate attack. “Based on confessions derived from some of those arrested at the scene” six people, “all of them Egyptians” from the jihad group Ansar al-Sharia (“Supporters of Islamic Law), were arrested. According to the report, during interrogations, these Egyptian jihadi cell members “confessed to very serious and important information concerning the financial sources of the group and the planners of the event and the storming and burning of the U.S. consulate in Benghazi…. And among the more prominent figures whose names were mentioned by cell members during confessions were: Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi; preacher Safwat Hegazi; Saudi businessman Mansour Kadasa, owner of the satellite station, Al-Nas; Egyptian Sheikh Muhammad Hassan; former presidential candidate, Hazim Salih Abu Isma’il…” There is a similar translation from a different source in this article at WND.com. Further research: Libyan Intelligence Confirms Egyptian President, Muslim Brotherhood Involved in Benghazi So where does this leave us? It would appear that Morsi can be as least listed as a strong suspect. Three sources of proof have come forth to substantiate the story of a prisoner exchange and/or Morsi’s involvement. Answers On Benghazi How can we reasonably tie that to Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton? I can’t tell you of anything that we have thus far that might hold up in court but just consider the actions of Obama, Kerry and Clinton. How many times have we bent over backward in recent months (before the revolution) to placate Morsi and The Muslim Brotherhood? The 1.3 Billion dollar gift from Kerry and his waiver of congressional restrictions is a perfect example. Anyone hear anything about fighter jets and tanks? Why is this important? It is important because I guarantee that Obama, Clinton and Kerry knew about that Libyan intelligence report long before we ever did. Yet they continued to support our Egyptian “allies” and went out of their way to do so. Why? Because they were partners in crime with Morsi and I am 99% sure of it. If they wanted justice for Morsi’s involvement in Benghazi they would have called for it long ago. Rand Paul has been screaming for months about how we need to cut off aid to Egypt and very few of his colleagues seem to listen. Why might that be? It might be that many of them are complicit. They are covering for Obama. When I hear these stupid questions about where Obama was or who gave the stand down order I cannot easily digest them. These questions are irrelevant to the bigger story. It seems to me that our congressional servants are protecting the president and his staff. These people are more informed than you or I. That is their job. Many of them know about these reports. Again, it is their job to stay informed and they have varying levels of security clearance and plenty of contacts. I get very frustrated as a small potatoes blogger. I find these stories and report them and see the media ignore them. This includes a lot of big right-wing news sources. It’s not just the liberal led mainstream media outlets. Answers On Benghazi In the end it is my belief that both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were involved in a deal to send The Blind Sheik back to Egypt in exchange for Stevens. A few people on the other end screwed up the script and here we are. I am not really concerned with what Obama was doing during the attacks. It’s obvious that he was gone to establish distance from the happenings of September 11th 2012. It was planned for his protection. I am more concerned with the fact that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are more than likely accessories to the murder of four Americans. That is how I see it. In my mind I already know, with almost 100% certainty, what happened and it is my belief that corruption runs so deep that congress will not do one thing about it. They will continue to ask stupid questions that get us nowhere. Very few of them have any backbone at all and we will continue to see evidence of that in the coming months. So I write this not for any results to come out of it. I am just hoping that some people will find some peace in the truth. If we could get the truth from our own elected officials we wouldn’t have to trust Al Qaeda operatives, Egyptian journalists and Libyan intelligence reports. For now that’s all we have. If congress would approach this angle then the details might begin to fall into place. Either way, unless something major breaks to prove me wrong, I have heard what I needed to hear in regards to the truth. I know the road that congress should be taking and they are failing to take it. Obama and Clinton certainly deserve their day in court because nothing I have told you is absolute proof, but… My guess is that they will never see that day in court. It’s a travesty for the families and for the American people as a whole. But I hope you can walk away from my ramblings today and have a clearer picture in your mind of why this senseless tragedy happened. I have a sense of peace about what happened in Benghazi and I hope you can find the same. All I wanted was the truth. I never really believed our government would do anything about it. We cling to the truth for that is all we have. Yes, our government really is this corrupt. Never forget Benghazi!

Former U.S. Attorney Joe DiGenova, who now represents one of the Benghazi whistleblowers, told a Washington radio station Monday that the real scandal in Benghazi is the theft of 400 surface-to-air missiles by some “very ugly people.” The Obama administration fears those missiles will be used to shoot down an airplane or blow up one of our embassies, he said.

Speaking to WMAL on Monday morning, DiGenova blasted President Obama for revealing, at his Friday news conference, the existence of a sealed indictment against a Benghazi suspect or suspects.

Former Ambassador: Benghazi “Stand Down” Order Came from Obama

Ann Wagner, a former US ambassador and current congresswoman from Missouri, was interviewed about what the protocol would be for a “stand down” order in the event of a consulate being under attack, and she answered what many have suspected already: that’s an order that would come from Obama himself.

This is one of the reasons that the Obama administration has essentially refused to provide details about where Obama was at or what he was doing during the attack. This is because we know exactly what he was doing — ignoring the cries for help for political reasons.
Being wrong about policy is one thing. But ignoring the screams of those who work for you because you’d rather them die than accept that your foreign policy is creating more terrorists is a level of treason rare, even for the most despotic tyrants.





Meanwhile, General Ham has come forward saying the official story after the attack wasn’t true.

Obama’s response to everything? He promoted one of the women who helped craft the fake story.
They know what they’re doing and they’re getting away with it.


This isn’t a “phony” scandal. This is abandonment, betrayal, and treason. All for what? To hide the fact that our foreign policy doesn’t work, it creates more of the enemy, and we need to change course. Pathetic and wrong.

They all lied…and this one picture* is the proof

As new information is finally starting to leak out about what really happened in Benghazi on that fateful night of September 11, 2012, NOTHING is more telling than this one single photograph…for this photograph proves that Ambassador Christopher Stevens did NOT die of smoke inhalation in the embassy compound as was claimed by the Obama administration, but was taken alive, raped, sodomized, and God only knows what else…and Barack HUSSEIN Obama, Hillary Clinton, and all those in their vile orbit knew this from day one and all bold-faced lied.
They all willfully, deliberately, and with malice LIED to Ambassador Stevens’ family and to ‘We the People’. And while we all know that some claim that Stevens was the middle-man in Obama’s gun and weapons running operation to the Syrian rebels, or that he was actually kidnapped to trade for the Blind Sheik and mistakenly killed, I believe that what I will tell you about this picture coupled with Obama’s cover-up and LIES, gives credence to my belief (one that I’ve had since day one) that Ambassador Steven’s found out Obama was running guns and weapons under the table to the al-Qaeda supported Syrian rebels, and was silenced before he could expose what Obama was doing.
Before I get to the photograph we must let the lead-up facts speak for themselves.
First, we all know there was NO spontaneous mob protest outside the consulate as Obama claimed for the first two weeks after the attack. Mob violence that got out of control because of an anti-islamic YouTube video he said, but a video that few had actually seen, that is until he went on Pakistani TV bloviating and apologizing for it after the fact. And with both former CIA Director David H. Petreaus and then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton both knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that NO video was involved, they both bold-faced lied to Congress when first questioned, claiming that it was the video and the video alone that caused the attack. But I hate to tell them …NO I’m happy to tell them…lying under oath is a felony…an arrestable offense.
Second, Obama and crew still continue to claim there was NO warning of an impending attack issued by our Benghazi consulate. LIARS…there were many calls fearing an attack was imminent sent out by NOT only the Benghazi consulate and Ambassador Stevens himself, but also by our Tripoli embassy. Stevens sent out numerous pleas for help in the days and hours before the attack, because he knew of and feared the significant number of well-armed militias, all with ties to al-Qaeda, that were roaming the area around Benghazi. Also, remember that just a few months before, in June of the same year, a terrorist attack on the British Ambassador to Libya was attempted (thankfully it failed) causing both Britain and the International Red Cross to close their Benghazi offices…and the Red Cross just does NOT pick up and run without justification.
Those events in June alone should have served as a warning to Washington that our consulate and our people were in danger.
Third, fast forward to September 10th, when al-Qaeda head honcho Ayman al-Zawahrin publicly called on Libyans to seek revenge for the killing of a Libyan al-Qaeda leader, and that the next morning, September 11th, Libyan so-called ‘police officers’ who were supposed to be helping guard the compound were seen taking pictures of the inside of the compound. In fact, Ambassador Stevens sent an e-mail to DC that morning stating that he found this picture taking “troubling” and received NO reply. Now add in that on the afternoon of September 11th, the Blue Mountain Security manager, whose company also provided some of the guards for the Benghazi compound, sensed something was wrong and put out an alert via radio and cellphone, and according to media reports, there were roadblocks and check points set up well in advance of the attack because of his alert.
Fourth, our response to all this was to send up an unarmed surveillance drone over the consulate compound about 90 minutes AFTER the attack started…the very drone through which Barack HUSSEIN Obama watched our people being slaughtered…which of course he claimed he NEVER did. And if you believe that I’ve got some swamp land to sell you, because (and this is my belief alone) this man had to make sure Stevens was killed one way or the other so his ‘secret’ would be safe…so rest assured he saw it all.
And now remember all the conflicting reports of orders being issued or orders NOT being issued to ‘stand down’. I say ordering forces that were prepared to assist during an on-going attack to ‘stand down’ or NOT giving go orders at all to units ready, willing, and able to assist is NOT an act of negligence as some are trying to claim, but borders on…if NOT is…an act of treason.
And so, General Carter Ham, then commander of AFRICOM whose jurisdiction took in Benghazi, testified last week about that fateful night during a closed door hearing before the House Armed Services Committee, but isn’t it odd that NO reports of his testimony have been reported on…NONE whatsoever by any of the news media…just reports on the testimony of underlings…hmmm…
What we do know at this point is that two Marine anti-terrorist teams based in Rota, Spain, were ready to go assist in Benghazi, but reports claimed that it would have taken the first team 23 hours to get to Tripoli (which is an out and out LIE for while the two locations are 1,553 miles apart they’re only 3 hours 5 minutes apart in flight time), and that the second team was NEVER deployed because they were told that US personnel had been evacuated from Benghazi…another LIE because NO one had been evacuated and NO one was sent in to evacuate anyone. And isn’t it also odd that NOT one of these supposed ‘evacuees’… survivors actually…eye witnesses to the day’s events…has been seen or talked to by any media outlet…convenient huh. Also, there was a 130-man, fully armed Marine Force-Recon unit on the ground in Sigonella, Sicily, that could have been in Benghazi in 1 hour and 14 minutes, for the two locations are only 610 miles apart, but was NEVER called to do so.
So, with General Ham testifying in a closed-door session with the House Armed Services Committee, we still CANNOT get word of what his testimony entailed, but underling Lt. Col. S.E. Gibson said his commanders…and who pray tell were those commanders…told him to remain in the capital of Tripoli to defend Americans in case of additional attacks, and to help survivors being evacuated from Benghazi…but at that time NO one was being evacuated as the consulate was under heavy attack with NO help coming to either aid or rescue them.
And even with this testimony, even if the actual words ‘stand down’ were NOT uttered, the bottom line remains that with NO help forthcoming…with all parties involved making excuses for why help couldn’t be sent…this proves there was a total lack of military response to Ambassador Stevens’ pleas for help even with what the drone overhead was showing, and that in and of itself is an order to ‘stand down’ as far as I’m concerned.
Now to the photograph itself and remember this is NOT a newly released photograph but a photograph now seen differently, because one main point in this photograph has been overlooked by all…until now that is. Remember reports by a Libyan doctor claimed Stevens died ‘at the consulate’ of “severe asphyxia,” sometimes known as smoke inhalation, but results of an autopsy done on Stevens’ body after it was returned to the US have NOT been made public to either prove or disprove that. And then known al-Qaeda terrorist Abdallah Dhu-al-Bajadin piped in claiming Stevens was killed by lethal injection ‘at the consulate’, and while some do NOT discard that as a possible cause of death that too has NOT been proven or disproved, again because our government has NOT released our US done autopsy results. But no matter as neither of those scenarios is the truth because Ambassador Stevens did NOT die at the Benghazi consulate…he died…NO he was MURDERED… after being taken very much ALIVE from the consulate and at the direct hands of the enemy…an enemy aided by our president…and here’s the proof…

Notice Ambassador Stevens being carried by the barbarians…notice his right arm hanging down limp…now notice his bent left arm up by his face trying to either protect his face, cover his eyes, or even wipe tears from his eyes, but guess what…dead men do NOT wipe tears from their eyes nor do they try to cover their faces…NO…AMBASSADOR STEVENS WAS ALIVE NOT DEAD FROM SMOKE INHALATION and NO crap that he died at the hospital…and NO nonsense that maybe rigor-mortise had set in to bend his arm because that takes hours to happen and the time frame for that just isn’t here. This man was NOT being taken to a hospital after death as claimed but was dragged ALIVE through the streets, raped, sodomized, brutalized, and murdered by these muslim bast*rds, and this is why NO official US autopsy reports have been released. This fact had and still has to be hidden at all costs for Stevens being alive at this point could very well blow Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s cover-ups of why that night in Benghai happened.
Bottom line…our miserable muslim sympathizing president and his equally miserable former Secretary of State both NOT only LIED to us all about the reason for Benghazi, but also covered-up the cause of Ambassador Stevens’ death and everything relating to Benghazi. And that, I believe, is grounds for immediate arrest for treason.

U.N. Benghazi report an inconvenient truth for Obama?

State Department assessment ignores attackers' link to Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood

JERUSALEM – Is the State Department hiding the involvement in the Sept. 11, 2012, Benghazi attack of an Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood-linked terrorist group?

A new United Nations report ties perpetrators of the Benghazi attack to the Muhammad Jamal Network, or MJN.

The network and its founder, Egyptian Muhammad Jamal, were designated by Obama’s State Department this month as “specially designated global terrorists” affiliated with al-Qaida.

The designation not only sanctions MJN’s assets but now allows President Obama to use a Bush-era military doctrine to capture Jamal terrorists overseas.

The State Department document designating MJN as terrorists does not mention the Benghazi attack.

This despite an October 2012 Wall Street Journal report that fighters affiliated with Jamal’s group participated in the Benghazi attack.

Earlier this month, The Daily Beast quoted sources confirming MJN’s involvement at Benghazi.

Now a new U.N. Security Council resolution adds MJN to its list of sanctioned al-Qaida groups.
Unlike the State Department description, the U.N. resolution details MJN’s alleged involvement in the attack on the U.S. special mission and nearby CIA annex.

A U.N. narrative summary of the sanctions resolution reads: “Muhammad Jamal set up a training camp in Libya where Libyan and foreign violent extremists were trained. Some of the attackers of the U.S. Mission in Benghazi on 11 September 2012 have been identified as associates of Muhammad Jamal, and some of the Benghazi attackers reportedly trained at MJN camps in Libya.”

Earlier this month, WND quoted informed Middle Eastern security officials saying it was militants from the Muslim Brotherhood who sprang terrorist leader Muhammad Jamal from prison in 2011.

The Muslim Brotherhood connection may serve as further evidence of an Egyptian role in the Benghazi attack.
Also freed from prison in the Brotherhood-led revolution of 2011 was Mohammed al-Zawahiri, the brother of al-Qaida leader Ayman al-Zawahiri.
Mohammed al-Zawahiri was one of the backers of a protest at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo the same day as the Benghazi attack.
The Cairo protest was announced days in advance as part of a movement to free the so-called “blind sheik,” Omar Abdel-Rahman, held in the U.S. over the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

The State Department’s 39-page Accountability Review Board report, or ARB, described a group acting to free Rahman was involved in previous attacks against diplomatic facilities in Benghazi.

Hillary’s Benghazi investigator confirms Egypt link
In a development largely unreported by news media, the State Department’s lead Benghazi investigator, Thomas Pickering, revealed at a House hearing last month there is evidence that an Egyptian organization was behind the attack on the U.S. mission that killed U.S. ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.

In doing so, Pickering may have leaked important classified information at a House hearing on the Sept. 11, 2012, Benghazi attack.
Pickering was the author of the State Department’s ARB, which largely absolved then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and other top State officials of wrongdoing regarding the Benghazi attack.

At a House Oversight and Government Reform committee hearing on Benghazi last month, Rep. Cynthia Lummis, R-Wy., asked Pickering whether Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood may have been behind the attack.

“Is it true that there’s documentation that the Muslim Brotherhood and operatives from Egypt were involved in the attack?” she asked.
Pickering replied: “Our report indicates that one Egyptian organization which is named in the report was possibly involved. And I am not sure, I think that that’s in the unclassified. I hope it is.”

The unclassified ARB report – reviewed in full by WND – does not name any Egyptian organization as possibly being behind the attack.
The only mention of an Egyptian group in the unclassified ARB is in relation to a May 18, 2012, RPG attack on the Benghazi International Committee of the Red Cross as well as a May 28, 2012, threat issued by the group on social media against the U.S.

The organization named in the ARB is the “Omar Abdurrahman group,” which was demanding the release of the blind sheik,” Omar Abdel-Rahman.
The unclassified ARB names the Egyptian group in a section on previous attacks in Benghazi in the run up to the Sept. 11, 2012, attack. The unclassified ARB does not name the organization as possibly being behind the Benghazi attack.

Egypt’s Morsi behind murder of U.S. ambassador?
Circumstantial evidence possibly links the attack to former Egyptian President Mohammad Morsi’s campaign to free Abdel-Rahman.
The blind sheik’s release has been one of the Morsi’s main foreign policy issues.
In July, several major Arabic newspapers ran with a story, first reported by the Kuwaiti paper Al Rai, quoting a Libyan intelligence report on the Benghazi attack that mentions an alleged connection to Morsi and other prominent Egyptian figures.
The report, prepared by Mahmoud Ibrahim Sharif, director of national security for Libya, is based on purported confessions of some of the jihadists arrested at the scene.

The report states that “among the more prominent figures whose names were mentioned by cell members during confessions were: Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi; preacher Safwat Hegazi; Saudi businessman Mansour Kadasa, owner of the satellite station Al-Nas; Egyptian Sheik Muhammad Hassan; former presidential candidate, Hazim Salih Abu Ismail.”

Unsubstantiated Arabic-language reports from the Middle East also claimed passport belonging to the alleged killer of Stevens had been recovered at the home of Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood deputy leader Khairat Al-Shater.
Sens. John McCain, R-Ariz., and Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., reportedly visited al-Shater in prison, spending over an hour talking to the Brotherhood leader.

‘Dr. Morsi sent us’
There is other information pointing to Morsi’s possible involvement in the Benghazi attack.
YouTube videos of the attack find some of the jihadists speaking an Egyptian dialect of Arabic, as previously reported by FrongPageMag.
One of the videos shows a jihadist carrying out the attack while stating in an Egyptian dialect, “Don’t shoot, don’t shoot, Dr. Morsi sent us.”

There were also unconfirmed reports Egypt would not allow the U.S. to interrogate suspects in the attack.
Originally, the Obama administration claimed there were popular protests outside the U.S. Benghazi mission over an obscure anti-Muhammad film. It would later be determined no such demonstrations took place; instead the attacks were a coordinated jihadist assault.
The White House sought at first to connect the Sept. 11, 2012, Benghazi attack to protests that same day in Cairo, Egypt, in which rioters climbed the walls of the U.S. Embassy and tore down the American flag.

The Cairo protests were widely reported as acts of defiance against the anti-Muhammad movie. However, the protests were announced days in advance as part of a movement to free Rahman.

In July 2012, Rahman’s son, Abdallah Abdel Rahman, threatened to organize a protest at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo and detain the employees inside.

On the day of the Sept. 11, 2012, protests in Cairo, CNN’s Nic Robertson interviewed the son of Rahman, who described the protest as being about freeing his father. No Muhammad film was mentioned. A big banner calling for Rahman’s release can be seen as Robertson walked to the embassy protests.

Targeting ‘Christian overseers’
The release of Rahman has been a key issue for Morsi. One week before the attack in Benghazi, Morsi once again called for the U.S. to free Rahman.

A jihadist group seeking the release of the blind sheik and calling itself the Omar Abdul Rahman Brigades reportedly was previously responsible for a June 6, 2012, bomb attack on the U.S. facility in Benghazi. The bomb exploded at the perimeter to the facility, wounding one.
There is information murdered U.S. ambassador Chris Stevens or another U.S. employee was the target of the attack. The SITE monitoring group documented the Rahman Brigades said they were “targeting a group of ‘Christian overseers’ who were preparing to receive one of the ‘heads of instigation’ from the State Department.”

The group was calling for Rahman’s release as well as vengeance for the death of Abu Yahya al-Libi, one of the most senior al-Qaida operatives. Al-Libi, of Libyan descent, was killed by a U.S. drone in Pakistan in June 2012.

CNN previously cited a report that the Omar Abdul Rahman Brigades was also responsible for a rocket attack against the convoy of the British ambassador in Benghazi on June 11 and an attack against the Red Cross in Misrata on June 12, 2012.
Further, the deadly January 2013 assault on an Algerian natural-gas plant was reportedly carried out as part of an attempt to trade hostages for the release of Rahman. Thirty-eight people were killed in a three-day siege that ended the hostage crisis.

WND previously reported on the ties of the Algerian assault crisis to the attack in Benghazi. The ties run through al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula, or AQAP.

CNN quoted sources disclosing several Yemeni men belonging to AQAP took part in the Benghazi attack.
CNN further quoted one source revealing counter-terrorism officials learned the identity of the three men and later traced them to northern Mali, where they are believed to have connected with the jihad organization led by Moktar Belmoktar.

Belmoktar, an Algerian, is a senior leader of the Islamic Maghreb. He claimed responsibility for the Algeria gas facility attack.
Another intelligence source told CNN that Belmoktar had received a call in the aftermath of the Benghazi attack from someone in or close to the city.
The person on the other end of the call stated, “Mabruk, Mabruk!” meaning “congratulations” in Arabic, according to the source.
