It's a good way to cut costs.
Companies should find another way to cut costs and hire U.S. workers.
I'd pay more for services and products if it meant keeping jobs in the U.S.
I don't care either way.

NEW DELHI -- It's becoming more likely that when you dial someone at Dell computer, you'll reach an employee based in India.
The computer maker said it plans to double the number of its employees in India to 20,000 in the next three years. Chairman Michael Dell made the statement during a visit to India's technology hub, Bangalore.
Dell currently operates four call centers in India, as well as a product testing center for corporate customers and a global software development center.
It's part of a trend by scores of Western companies which have been cutting costs by shifting operations like routine office functions to countries such as India. The reason: such nations have plenty of English-speaking workers and they also have low wages.
