(Natural News) The deeper we get into the Trump presidency, the more unhinged, angry, violent, and irrational his Democratic opponents become.
Beginning with POTUS Trump’s inaugural weekend, when the Left staged unprecedented protests in the nation’s capital replete with entertainers and Hollywood stars who hurled insults and even threats at the new president, to now, when a growing number of elected Democrats and Democratic candidates have begun calling for the elimination of a duly-appointed federal immigration agency (ICE), the party has become something Josef Stalin would be more comfortable with than George Washington or even John F. Kennedy.
This shift was highlighted last week by Fox News’ Tucker Carlson, who addressed the rising irrationality of the Democratic Left and correctly labeled it a threat to the civil society.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson revealed Wednesday how the rising stars of the Democratic Party want to abolish ICE, have their agents prosecuted for “criminal acts,” give illegal aliens free healthcare and impeach President Trump for “obstruction” because he fired former FBI director James Comey.
These are not the thoughts and policies of rational people; they are the product of rage, uncontrollable anger, and an unhealthy, illogical desire to overthrow the system in order to “save” it.
“The Democratic Party is transforming before our eyes,” Carlson said, per Fox News, who warned viewers that the “far-Left” candidates running in key races “could win” this November, which would be a massive blow to the principles that founded our country. One of them, Tallahassee (Florida) Mayor Andrew Gillum, a black Democrat who is running for the state’s governorship, wants to “replace ICE,” wants to transform healthcare into a taxpayer-funded “right,” and impeach the president for…something, anything, really. He claims that because the president fired FBI Director James Comey that amounted to a self-incrimination for ‘obstructing justice,’ though a) everyone in the Executive Branch serves at the pleasure of the president, who can fire them for any reason or no reason; and b) it’s absurd to accuse POTUS of ‘obstructing justice’ when investigations into his alleged “meddling” in the election with Russian help did not stop (and are still continuing, thanks to the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller).
Sure they can win
Carlson warned that “the pundits” who are saying that far-Left Gillum has no chance against his GOP challenger, U.S. Rep. Ron DeSantis, a Republican who has already been endorsed by the president, were some of the same ones who were wrong about POTUS’ victory, meaning Gillum could flip Florida’s statehouse blue.
And Gillum’s historic rise is part of the larger story surrounding the Democratic Party’s transformation. While the discredited ‘establishment’ cable networks not named Fox News bleat on about how the Republican Party is in ‘existential crisis’ following its takeover by Donald Trump, Carlson argues that “the real story” is what’s happening to the GOP’s rival.
It’s no longer the party of FDR, JFK, or even President Bill Clinton, and soon, Tucker says, even stalwarts like Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., will be gone – replaced by angry, authoritarian Leftism in the vein of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
Another far-Left Marxist-socialist who is sure to win California’s governorship, “Democrat” Gavin Newsome, said he plans to push for “free” health care for all residents, even those in the state illegally.
Another example is a black Democratic candidate in New York who has a shot at winning the lieutenant governor’s race; he wants to take everyone’s guns away and throw open U.S. borders. The Democratic candidate for governor in Arizona, Carlson said, also wants no barrier at all between the U.S. and Mexico.
These are not rational ideas. They are not policies that have even a remote possibility of working, as most of them have failed everywhere around the world, throughout history, where they’ve been tried.
And yet the goofball con artists who are pushing them are getting a lot more support than they should, Carlson says, and that is transforming an entire party into something the U.S. opposed throughout the Cold War.
