(Natural News) A cabal of Democrats are conspiring with the Deep State to halt the release of unredacted FISA court applications regarding onetime Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, in direct defiance of an order issued to the FBI and Justice Department by the president.
Earlier this week POTUS Donald Trump said he had given both agencies instructions to declassify and release the documents in an effort to be transparent and to allow the American public to see exactly why former President Obama and officials within his administration believed it was in the vital national interest to spy on an American citizen, and one that just happened to be associated with a rival presidential campaign.
But according to investigative reporter Sara A. Carter, sources say there are elements within the DoJ and FBI that will try to defy the president and instead issue heavily redacted documents.
Carter’s report comes a day after panicking Democrats— Rep. Adam Schiff, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Senator Mark Warner, and Senator Charles Schumer — sent a letter to Director of Intelligence Dan Coats, Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein and Director Wray, ordering them not to comply with POTUS Trump’s declassification instruction.
We say ‘panicking’ because the entire operation to spy on the 2016 Trump campaign was not only hatched by a Democratic president but carried out by Deep State operatives who have shown disdain for POTUS Trump and who appeared to be working to both thwart his victory and then undermine him after he took office.
“I’ve been told by sources that the documents will be turned over to the President next week. I hear that the FBI and the DOJ are redacting,” Carter told Fox Business host Lou Dobbs. “What they’re going to do is turn those documents over to the president and what they’re going to say is ‘now it’s up to you to declass’ – I think they are going to figure ways to stall or maybe put pressure on the president.”
Constitutional law experts like D.C.-area attorney Will Chamberlain have said that anyone who defies a lawful order by the president, who is exercising legal authority under Article II of the Constitution as head of the Executive Branch, is seditious.

When are we going to see some arrests?

“You are equal branches of government, but they’re not subordinate to you,” Chamberlain said of the letter signers, The National Sentinel reported. “I’m sorry — President Trump has not issued a request to the intelligence agencies that they declassify this information, he has issued an order.”
“President Trump has issued an order to his subordinates to declassify certain information related to the Russia investigation,” he continued. “He has plenary declassification authority as the president of the United States. The FBI and DOJ are subordinate to him. Congress does not get to order Executive Branch officials to defy a president — that is actually a constitutional crisis.”
Fox News legal analyst and attorney Gregg Jarrett, writing on the news network’s website Wednesday, agreed. And he went a step further: He said any Executive Branch official who disobeys the president’s order should be fired for “rank insubordination.”
And he issued a warning similar to Carter’s:
In the alternative, [Deep State officials] may endeavor to delay or “slow roll” the release of documents hoping that the political winds may shift or that control of Congress itself will change hands in the upcoming election.
The Democrats are panicking because Hillary Clinton – who also played a role in “Spygate” by paying for the bogus “Russia dossier” – was supposed to beat Trump. All of this nefarious behavior, that is very likely illegal in some respects, was never supposed to get out. The American people were never supposed to learn about it.
Now it’s all on the cusp of being revealed thanks to a duly-elected president who has been targeted since before he took office.
It’s about time. Now, if only his attorney general, Jeff Sessions, would step up, we might actually begin to see some much-needed prosecutions.

Yes, he did back down again, and I watched as about 50% of his strongest cheerleaders laid down their pom poms and started questioning their devotion.

The cheerleader captain tried to spin it as leverage, but they were not buying that.

I hope this new awakening in his base will send a message loud and clear.

Trump's instructions to IG were, double-check it quickly, or he'll declassify everything as planned and soon.

UK Begged Trump Not To Declassify Russia Docs; Cited "Grave Concerns" Over Steele Involvement

Perhaps the Brits are also concerned since much of the espionage performed on the Trump campaign was conducted on UK soil.

The British government "expressed grave concerns" to the US government over the declassification and release of material related to the Trump-Russia investigation, according to the New York Times. President Trump ordered a wide swath of materials "immediately" declassified "without redaction" on Monday, only to change his mind later in the week by allowing the DOJ Inspector General to review the materials first.

The Times reports that the UK's concern was over material which "includes direct references to conversations between American law enforcement officials and Christopher Steele," the former MI6 agent who compiled the infamous "Steele Dossier." The UK's objection, according to former US and British officials, was over revealing Steele's identity in an official document, "regardless of whether he had been named in press reports."

We would note, however, that Steele's name was contained within the Nunes Memo - the House Intelligence Committee's majority opinion in the Trump-Russia case.
Steele also had extensive contacts with DOJ official Bruce Ohr and his wife Nellie, who - along with Steele - was paid by opposition research firm Fusion GPS in the anti-Trump campaign. Trump called for the declassification of FBI notes of interviews with Ohr, which would ostensibly reveal more about his relationship with Steele. Ohr was demoted twice within the Department of Justice for lying about his contacts with Fusion GPS.
Perhaps the Brits are also concerned since much of the espionage performed on the Trump campaign was conducted on UK soil throughout 2016. Recall that Trump aid George Papadopoulos was lured to London in March, 2016, where Maltese professor Joseph Mifsud fed him the rumor that Russia had dirt on Hillary Clinton. It was later at a London bar that Papadopoulos would drunkenly pass the rumor to Australian diplomat Alexander Downer (who Strzok flew to London to meet with).

Also recall that CIA/FBI "informant" (spy) Stefan Halper met with both Carter Page and Papadopoulos in London.
Halper, a veteran of four Republican administrations, reached out to Trump aide George Papadopoulos in September 2016 with an offer to fly to London to write an academic paper on energy exploration in the Mediterranean Sea.
Papadopoulos accepted a flight to London and a $3,000 honorarium. He claims that during a meeting in London, Halper asked him whether he knew anything about Russian hacking of Democrats’ emails.
Papadopoulos had other contacts on British soil that he now believes were part of a government-sanctioned surveillance operation. -Daily Caller

In total, Halper received over $1 million from the Obama Pentagon for "research," over $400,000 of which was granted before and during the 2016 election season.
In short, it's understandable that the UK would prefer to hide their involvement in the "witch hunt" of Donald Trump since much of the counterintelligence investigation was conducted on UK soil. And if the Brits had knowledge of the operation, it will bolster claims that they meddled in the 2016 US election by assisting what appears to have been a set-up from the start.
Steele's ham-handed dossier is a mere embarrassment, as virtually none of the claims asserted by the former MI6 agent have been proven true.
Steele, a former MI6 agent, is the author of the infamous and unverified anti-Trump dossier. He worked as a confidential human source for the FBI for years before the relationship was severed just before the election because of Steele’s unauthorized contacts with the press.
He shared results of his investigation into Trump’s links to Russia with the FBI beginning in early July 2016.
The FBI relied heavily on the unverified Steele dossier to fill out applications for four FISA warrants against Page. Page has denied the dossier’s claims, which include that he was the Trump campaign’s back channel to the Kremlin. -Daily Caller
That said, Steele hasn't worked for the British government since 2009, so for their excuse focusing on the former MI6 agent while ignoring the multitude of events which occurred on UK soil, is curious.
