Sheriff: Man Busted With Marijuana, Cocaine

Archdale, NC -- A man was arrested Monday after investigators searched his home.

Randolph County Sheriff's deputies, along with High Point Police and Archdale Police, searched the home on Brookwood Circle in Archdale.

They found approximately 16 lbs of marijuana, approximately 58 grams of cocaine, packaging materials, drug paraphernalia and $6,275.

Investigators say the marijuana was packaged in individual Ziploc bags with each weighting about one pound.

Jose Abel Ramirez-Lopez, 32, was charged with:

-- Trafficking in Marijuana
-- Trafficking in Cocaine
-- Possession With Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Marijuana
-- Possession With Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Cocaine
-- Possess Drug Paraphernalia

He was jailed under a $100,000 bond.
