The Constitution vs THE CONSTITUTION. If you don't understand this..you don't understand the problem. If you don't know the problem..how are you ever going to fix it. THE UNITED STATES D.C. is not America, we the people, or Constitutional anything..it is UCC/IMF/ADMIRALTY LAW

1. 14^th amendment – unlawfully adopted by resolution July 28, 1868.
2. Organic Act of 1871 – national government became Federal government titled "THE UNITED STATES INC." with the constitution retitled from Constitution for the united States to THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES and copyrighted as law for governing District of Columbia.
3. 17^th amendment – fraudulently introduced (see 17th Amendment Illegal)
4. Federal Reserve act of 1913 - SECTION 31 of the Federal Reserve Act which clearly states, “the right to amend, alter, or repeal this Act is expressly reserved.”
5. Emergency Banking Act of March 9, 1933 which made Americans the formal enemy of the Federal government, Congress irrelevant, and gave the Presidency the power to make law through Executive Orders, Presidential Decision Directives, signing statements, etc.
6. U.S. membership in the United Nations has resulted in America “taking joint and separate action” in support of U.N. policies (NAFTA, GATT, WORLD BANK, OPEN BORDERS, AGENDA 21, ETC.) and abandonment of Art. IV, Sec. 4 of the Constitution. Congress must pass HR 1146 Am Sov Res Act
7. The 1946 change in the Rules of Criminal Procedure declaring the Grand juries authorized by Art. 5 of the Bill of Rights to be obsolete.
8. Executive Order 11647 establishing “Regional” or “Metro” government.
9. The unconstitutional use of Treaties to circumvent the Constitution and make law.
10. Unchallenged & uncontrolled Judicial activism.
11. Entering wars without Congressional approval.
12. The National Defense Authorization Act.
13. Federal government seizing control of education.
14. PL 87-297 requiring the “General and complete disarmament” of America.
15. Erie RR vs Tompkins placing courts under the Universal Commercial Code.
16. North American Union/NAFTA
17. Federal government pretending the “commerce” and “general welfare” clauses justify Federal action beyond that authorized by the Constitution in spite of the 9^th and 10^th Amendments.
18. House Concurrent Resolution 353 supporting Agenda 21
19. Trans Pacific Partnership (Press for Truth.ca)
20. "An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia."

These issues will only receive attention if and when honest people gain control of the Federal government. I see four options for doing this: elect an honest President; get states to restore the integrity of the jury and ballot boxes and/or to rescind the 17th Amendment. These options are contingent on patriotic Americans “teaming up” as described in www.thecnc.org/Documents/1776.htm if they are to come to pass.
